Giordan Lindsey Haslam was last seen about 12 p.m. when he went missing in the 24000 block of Eshelman Avenue, detectives said. Haslam is Pacific Islander, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 215 pounds, with black hair and black eyes last seen wearing a red shirt and black pants. He has Down Syndrome.
