The Alameda Police Department is seeking assistance in locating a missing 19-year-old Alameda woman.

Giovanna Swarts was last seen on Friday, December 16th, after meeting with friends at the Uptown Bar in San Francisco.

Ms. Swarts was supposed to coordinate with family members to be picked up later that evening but was not heard from.

Family members notified the Alameda Police Department on Sunday, December 18th around 10:00 p.m., after being unable to connect with Ms. Swarts throughout the weekend.

Ms. Swarts is 5’04” and 180 pounds with distinct tattoos. She was last wearing a pink jacket with a black tank top and black “biker” shorts.

capp street is the blade in SF but idk how many blocks. 20th and capp is where there was recent activity. the bar is at 200 and 20th is only a few blocks from there.

She went missing in 2021 as well in CA.
