Circumstances of Recovery A bystander was walking on Poplar State Beach and discovered partial human remains. Five days prior, on 02/15/1986, a human frontal skull bone was recovered from a neighboring beach, Kelly Beach, and was believed to be associated (Coroner Case #86-199 "A").
