I dunno boss. I'm kinda leaning toward thinking that these people are aliens...of the extra-terrestrial kind, not the illegal variety. They're all fantoms. I don't think elepher ever came up with anything else to bolster that guy in the mugshot is Hassani's dad. It is odd though, his charge was sexual battery and SC said in an interview that CPS took her children because of 'domectic violence' or 'domestic abuse.' I can't remember which now. I know I've looked everywhere I can come up with for days and I haven't come up with POO! It's as if these people existed in a back hole until August 10th. That in itself is really creepy. First the neighbors say they've never seen the kid...now we can't find so much as a trace of these people online, in 2009?!?

It really is weird !

lol my dad had a renter in on of his houses for over 40 years
when she died last year, her family didnt tell us for a few weeks,
she was already buried, when we found out

well, i started searching and i have came to a conclusion that she just did not exist, I can find no records for her at all.
maybe people are just good at not keeping a paper trail, I dont know
( i searched for months and got zilch)

my dad response when i told them that,
well good if you dont exist nobody can bother you lol

I never thought about her being alien hmm

I was thinking more along the line of his crying sparking a response in Ross. It was reported that Hassani can't run. So there goes that theory.

Sorry for butting in with silly suggestions. :slap:

I didn't mean literally "run" away, but more in the general "Dad told me to go in this direction, so I'll go here instead to show them."

I wasn't stating it as fact - just making the suggestion. I guess I should just back out of the thread quietly now...

HOLD UP.....

JWR said that 'typically' JC kept the kids at the store for an hour and that her store closes at 6 pm. That would mean he "usually" drops them off at 5pm. He said he had an earlier appointment and I would swear he said he had to leave an hour early( but that he was running late). Well if he left an hour earlier then he got there exactly when he was supposed to. One hour earlier?!? He wasn't running late at all.

Columbo Here is the article that says Hassani's bio-dad name is Ronald M .Hughes!

Missing boy's foster dad pleads for his return
Wednesday, August 12, 2009
<snipped>
Campbell became Hasanni's legal guardian after her sister, 25-year-old Shemika Campbell of San Francisco, could not take care of him, relatives said.

Clark said Shemika Campbell is "just devastated" by the boy's disappearance.

Court records show that San Francisco officials sued Shemika Campbell and Hasanni's father, Ronald Hughes, starting in 2005, claiming they were unable to support Hasanni.
The actions, one against Hughes and the other against Campbell, were apparently resolved last year with a default judgment entered on behalf of the city. They could not be reached for comment.

I think Hassani looks a lot like his bio-dad......they have the same eyes. IMO

AWC are you sitting on that file cabinet you keep pulling all this crap out of?!?! I'm telling you the honest to God truth, I have NEVER seen anyone retrieve information as fast as you do!!

:) Thanks Shutterfly! Good memory....NOT! I had it posted for the astrolgy thread for Hassani!

I hate when I see the media articles start to dwindle on any missing case....it worries me that not enough is being done to find Hassani. I watched this happen with Neveah, Lindsey, Robert Manwill.....etc. etc. etc.

I don't understand any of what's gone on in this case. No press conferences...no call for volunteers to help locate this child. No pleading by the 'parent's' for his return. I'm beginning to think it's come down this way because LE knew all along that Hassani wasn't kidnapped and who was responsible for his disappearance.

Don't back out.
You have some good theories!

If LR had spent more time in the shoe store (or actually gone in) it is quite possible that Hasanni could have left the car, walked away and been kidnapped somewhere else in, or near, Rockridge--that makes sense. The outskirts of Rockridge are not all that great and of course, there is crime there and dodgy individuals hanging out or traveling through. Since it sounds like he couldn't move really fast, and had only a few minutes time frame according to LR, I doubt he could have gotten far on his own.

Yeah, I didn't mean he made it to Tijuana on his own steam. I guess I didn't make myself clear. What you said is roughly what I meant - a childish show of "I'll teach you" that left him in a strange place close by where someone got him.

But, I was away for a day, so it's hard to swim back into these threads after that. Moses didn't think of that when he made his Laws, the bugger.

Oh well, I try. :ashamed0005:

Okay, how 'bout a timeline.....let's play around with that...

4:18 PM ~ Hassani is reported missing

4:00-4:10 PM ~ JWR arrives at Shuz

3:00-3:30 PM ~ JWR leaves Roxie Terrace headed for Shuz

2:00-3:00 PM ~ JWR showers etc. Surely he showered AFTER salvage
_______________________________________________

salvage- 1 hr & 15 min total (note: report today indicates salvage was "in the morning' so assume it was before 12PM) distance from Roxie to salvage is 20+ minutes

time to get kids ready to go to salvage....30 min

_______________________________________________
9:30 AM ~ JC clocks in at work (based on 8 hr shift w/30 min lunch)
8:30 AM ~ JC leaves for work if she takes BART to AND from work.

We're missing about 3 hours total and it looks like to me "it" would have to be between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. He went back to Hayward on his way to Shuz...If he got to shuz at 4:10, he was 10 minutes late, so he 'dopped and ran' somewhere close to the route between Roxie and Shuz. I'd guess he went back to Hayward out of instinct. That was the last place he'd been. Otherwise, at the very least, I'm guessing he 'put' that child within ten minutes drive of his route between Roxie and Shuz...

Tada!

ETA...and all the locations they're searching are within ten minutes of his route...I think
ETA2...and of course you have to allow him at least an hour to have come up with that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 story. (who said that?)

LOL about Tijuana :)
That is how I interpreted what you said. He was mad at LR and did an "I'll teach you".
It's hard to catch up when you are away even for a few hours!!

My apologies if this has been mentioned but when I have a thought I have to type or I'll lose it!:slap:
I've been lurking and following news reports and had a thought back to my son when he was five. If he was waiting for me to make my way through the store, and I took longer than usual to unlock the door, he might have gotten impatient and decided to walk around to the entrance.
When Hassani's father opened the back door the child was gone. I think the boy could have been taken if he got impatient and decided to walk to the front door. Is there a layout or photo of the outside of the store?
Feel free to inform me if the above has been ruled out!
:thumb:

I really hope this child is found soon. :sunshine:

IMO this is not a short distance and Hassani should have never been that far from LWR's site.
Has there been any mention at all of other vehicles in that parking area?
This seems to be a pretty busy area...didn't anyone see LWR strolling the baby up the street? Did he stroll the baby or carry her? Seems like it would have been more of a hassle to stroll her, why not just leave the stroller by the back door with Hasanni. Why not have Hassani walk with him and the baby? It's been reported that it was not difficult for Hassani to walk and the braces were actually to help build an arch in his feet. He could have certainly walked with them...don't cha think.
Also, did LWR walk into and through Shuz to open the back door and return to his car? I would think that would be the logical thing for him to have done but it's my understanding that he did not. If I understand correctly he handed the baby off to JC and walked back down the street and around the corner and back down Harwood to his car where he encountered JC asking "where is Hassani."
Why? Why wouldn't he have just walked through the store?
They would have discovered Hasanni missing at the same time. But with this scenario Jennifer was the first to discover Hassani missing.
As much as I want to believe LWR this entire scenario just isn't jelling with me. Sumptn's not quite right.

christee LR said he never went into the store at all. He went by the front door & motioned to JC to open the backdoor. JC went to the backdoor as LR went back around to it. She asked him "Where is Hassani?" LR claims he than handed the baby to a co-worker of hers & he says they both looked around for Hassani thinking he was hiding or something at first. They couldn't find him & he says he than called 911. IIRC

No photos of the inside of the store, but there are 4 pictures posted by Columbo who went to the site yesterday.

I found Ross's choice of words in this interview interesting.

No sightings
After he reported Hasanni missing, Ross said, police seemed to blame the family first. Authorities removed Hasanni's 1-year-old sister and put her in another foster home, he said.

"We were very upset," he said. "We were dealing with a loss of a child, and the other child was taken from us.

"All of a sudden it was like we were thrown against the wall," Ross said. "We had to prove we were not responsible - but our son is out there missing. We cannot be part of the search."
