This book I found has me so curious. Unfortunately google books only allows a snippet view. ugh. If I am not mistaken the congressional serial set, is basically transcripts of US Congress. In my genealogy research I have used it a few times, but always with much older editions of the sets. If this is him, then WTH is this reference to him about????

So, I'm just trying to get this straight.
In the past, LR has worked for or owned what I am assuming is a subsidiary of an Asian company. Now the subsidiary is out of business, but the parent company is still going strong.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Hmmm, wonder how much money and reputation he lost that company...just a thought. Although, corporate issues usually don't end in missing or dead kids, you just never know.

Not that it tells us much, but
"Basically, the "United States Congressional Serial Set," as it is known today, is comprised of the numbered Senate and House Documents and Senate and House Reports which are bound by Session of Congress. The Senate Executive Documents and Senate Executive Reports were also included in the Serial Set at the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing in 1979, beginning with the 96th Congress. Since that time, the Senate Executive Documents, which were previously "alphabetically lettered," became Senate Treaty Documents in 1981, beginning with the 97th Congress, and they are now numbered. OK, they can't tell me much over the phone, even though I have the page # to look on.
IF we haven't found anything more out by tomorrow, I'll drive the 60 miles and look for myself. I'd do it today, but I have to get my fiancee and stepdaughter from a 3:45 flight from MO, so I can't really justify doing it today...I know we should have booked them on a flight into Detroit Metro.

Just to show you how inaccurate the media is: 9 days after his disappearance, KRON 4 tv (S.F. ) is STILL reporting that Hasanni wears leg braces!!! I'm so frustrated about this!

I don't think this is the same LWR. The resume speaks of a higher degree of people skills than LWR exhibited.

LWR isn't "polished" - just look at the way he speaks to people. Some of us noticed his inappropriate aggression. The resume speaks of a high degree of involvement with others; strategic planning, business plan development, board of directors, etc.

How can this be him?

Nor do I... I really did invent moveable type. The only thing was that Gutenberg got to it a few hundred years before me... but, then Bi Sheng of China got to it a few hundred years before him, as well... so, you see? It's all in the PR.

By the way, I don't know because i haven't looked yet, but the smartest person I know says that that book that lists LWRIII in 1995, is more than likely a listing of those that owe governmental debts. In other words, big big debts...That's the only reason that she can think of for someone to be listed in that particular publication if they are a private citizen.

I think it has to be him, there aren't a lot of Louis Welton Ross III's running around! Whether it describes him accurately is another story...It's amazing how good people can make themselves look on paper!

I just emailed KRON4 tv to tell them about the braces that are really more like orthotics. I hope they correct their newscasts.

"4,417.98" isn't that big of a debt, really. One less dinner for lobbyists the politicians can give, I guess, so maybe it makes them bitter.

I can't find much info about that one volume.
