The more we learn the more that one missing bit bothers me. Photographs. My wee man is 3.5 years old. I had to replace my hard drive before he was a year old. All this 'stuff' they have and no pictures. All those gigantic walls in that house, and no pictures of these children. Where are the pictures of Hasanni walking unassisted if it was such a big accomplishment? What about at that family gathering or at the park? Bonding with his little sister? What about dancing, as he loves to do according to his mother?! It's as if his life has ended the same way it began, and the same way he lived it, invisible. I've never seen anything like this and it just breaks my heart.
I think 'he' is absolutely right in one aspect. The focus has turned to him and Hasanni has once again been forgotten. I think people are so angry at him, and so many are convinced that he did this that they can't see past that anger and remember that there is a little boy out there, all by himself, forgotten...
yet agin.

Maybe LR had pictures he had to get rid of before HC went missing???,

I really believe most of us are on this thread for Hasanni, not because we have forgotten him, but to do what we can now that he is no longer with us. That is to make sure the perp is caught and that Hasanni receives justice. I happen to believe Ross is the perp - not for a second do I forget the little one. I'm angry, but it's on behalf of the little guy.

I just spent 10 years in the technology field, living and working very near Fremont. One of the big draws to work in this field are the stock options these companies award all employee's. Ross being in the same field, I'm almost 100% certain he has had them at some point. This could very well be where the money for the house and car came from.

Hi Shutterfly - Good Catch!!! I'm up with my sick dog and thought I'd check in on this site...NO, I haven't seen that before. The video states the case has been handed over to homicide but is still considered a missing persons investigation. A more recent video only mentions the case as a missing persons investigation. Doesn't surprise me though - with all CSI took from the car, I'm sure it will turn out to be part of the crime scene or close to it. mho Hope they nail this guy!

I apologize if someone has already looked into the distances of banks in the area!
I'm trying to play catch up & am still on PG. 10 of the thread.
I've been busy with several other cases with media, family birthday parties, housework etc. etc.

I still kept checking the media for Hasanni...holding my breath, everytime I refreshed my screen that our little guy was found.

LR where is Hassani??? Please stop with your lies & tell LE where he is, so that his loved ones can start having some closure!!!

It really worries me that Hasanni may never be found....remember his statement that he didn't want Hasanni to be another child found on a milk cartoon years later?

This makes me think that whatever he did in his mind Hasanni will be very difficult to find if ever. I pray that I'm wrong about this, but this really sticks out in my mind after hearing him say that in one of the video interviews. Sorry I'd have to go back & watch all of the videos to find which one it is that he said this. If I did I'll never get caught up with all of you again.

Thinking of her commute home, pregnant, with the baby and Hasanni, makes me wonder if a pregnant JC can handle the commute, why did a seemingly healthy man have to leave Hasanni by the car, instead of taking both the children in. It could have saved time to grab both kids and go back out for the stroller? (Maybe not the most convenient thing, but logical if you don't want to leave a child unattended?) I've carried two children at one time, it's not comfortable and I wouldn't try it for a long distance, but I believe it can be done.

Okay...where to start with that interview..sheesh.

Okie dokie Louie. So~
1. You state that LE lied to you. That they said they had "taken care" of an amber alert.
2. You state that you went to the a junk yard. You didn't have the address but you knew where it was...fair enough...but why would you be feeling around so to speak~ looking for a junk yard on the day you said you were running late ~ without having an address for a specific junk yard that was known to carry the part you needed? Nope, you want us to believe that you just hopped in the car with two kids and tooled around town, meandering until you found a junk yard~ on the day you were running late for appts...
3. You both say that LE is lying to the media and that they didn't close down the street.
4. You say that the dog handlers told you that they got a scent in the apartments above the small parking area. But we are to believe that LE for some reason is lying about that...they can't be bothered to investigate those apartments I suppose?

Then we have the articles in the media thread:
1. The fact you failed the LDT, isn't your fault...the test is a fraud.
2. The text message you sent threatening to leave Hassani somewhere unattended...just you blowing off steam.
3. The search warrant is incorrect and LE lied on that too as to what was recovered from your home...

Add to that how many times have I heard that they won't be speaking to the media anymore.......how many times have they given interviews since they said this the 1st time??? Several x's IIRC!

Did you catch that he said in the NBC Bay City article interview that the glove that LE found in his car was a puppet that the little girl was playing with too??? :crazy:


He complained that LE left latex gloves laying all around their house when they searched it & knocked down plastic shelves. Looks like he's trying to say that LE left the latex glove in his car, but at the same time it was a puppet!!! :crazy:

ETA: An Alameda County Court document shows agents also recovered latex gloves from the car but Ross disputes that.

He told NBC Bay Area's Jodi Hernandez that the glove was a hand puppet that their 1-year-old daughter was playing with in the car.

"They need to check their story." Ross insists. "Was it their latex glove? Because they left all latex gloves. They destroyed parts of the house, knocked down plastic shelves and left latex gloves laying around my home."



That the sword was kept in the garage till someone kept setting off their alarm while it was in the garage???

I don't know if that's the front door or the rear of that apt. bldg that is inside the parking lot on Harwood-the address might be Harwood but it also might be on that funny little street that dead ends off College--I'd have to go back to FF's pictures--is it Armanino St. ??

Also zooming in on pics might give you an answer--I don't remember seeing numbers on the door when I was there.
Okay, I went back to the pictures I took--I wonder if there might be house numbers up the stairs but on the walls perpendicular to the street, so you can't see the numbers?
