If he was seen Aug 6 (Thursday), and something happened Aug 7 (Friday) or over the weekend, the next work day to pull off this particular story would be Monday (Aug 10).

That info is scary!!!

Yes, I can totally see it coming! That's probably why he called the civil rights attorney who is known for suing the police..

Oh, that is definitely coming down the pipe, especially with all of JC's talk about not being able to go to the washroom and having to lie down on the table. They've been setting up a civil suit from the beginning.

Well, I've looked all over for video of search dogs in the parking area of Shuz and I don't see any. LR says to watch the videos, but there aren't any out there that I can find:mad:

They also said the police told them an amber alert was issued and it really wasn't---they were correct on that--no alert issued. Also, I have checked on several sites about lie detector tests and they seriously do not recommend a pregnant woman take one. I am having some second thoughts on a lot of things. I really, really, really wish we could see the tracking dog in action in that alley/parking lot and the apartment LR mentions.

So it's not true that Amber Alerts can only be issued if there is a car that can be identified as taking the child away (driven by the abductor) ? I think LE told them that "it had been taken care of".

Amber Alert criteria in general can be found in the link below, but I do believe there is a lot of leaway for local LE to make the call. But, yes, it is typically only called if LE knows a description of the car or the name/description of the abductor - which makes them most common in non-custodial family abduction.

I was also having second thoughts but their ever changing stories, in my opinion, says it all. If you're telling the truth, the story never changes.

Yeah, I think it's pretty middle of the road - if someone's story is too "word for word" every time they repeat it, or they change/embellish things too much, both things make me wonder. The truth is usually basically the same, but not rehearsed into dialogue.

Here is the actual search warrant. Do we already have this somewhere? Sorry if it's been posted!

I had wondered earlier today if LR is out looking for Hassani ? Noticed in the article about the vigil that,... Another Aunt said there also will be a sign-up sheet for volunteers who want to help find Hasanni. Bet LR has been hold up in the house,... Have yet to hear either LR or JC say a word about where they have looked, besides inside the store and right on the street in the moments after the " supposed abduction" "supposedly happened" .??? I could not close my eyes for a moment if my Baby was missing, they would have had to drag me from the area ....

Like the mother of Samantha Runnion. She went out that first night walking the streets, looking for the abductors car. She actually jumped on the hood of some man's car, holding Samantha's picture and begging him to open his trunk! He freaked out and drove away and she later realized how she had frightened the man, and she publicly apologized. That's how I would react, there is no way anyone would be able to keep me sitting at home!

It's hard to say how any of us would react in the situation (Pray none of us have to know) but I'm pretty sure you'd never see me sitting all comfy and casual on my couch. Media would have to follow me around to get any sort of interview.

Here is the actual search warrant. Do we already have this somewhere? Sorry if it's been posted!

Did you notice in the search warrant it says that when the police arrived, the car was parked "near the intersection of College and Harwood" not in the parking lot behind the store? Is it possible that the search warrant would not have been so specific as to say the exact address or location of the vehicle (i.e. in the parking lot).

Also, it states that the car was parked with Hasanni inside the vehicle. I thought LR said he opened the car door and Hasanni was getting out of the car when LR went around the corner heading toward the store?

Why on earth would LR have moved the car? I thought LE had moved it. LR also said Hasanni got out of the car and he told him to stand by the back door.

If the car was originally where it was in that video and hadn't been moved by the police, Ross wouldn't have actually gone around a corner away from it. Well, sort of. And if Hasanni had one foot out of the car, that one foot was right in the street. Remember how far the car was from the curb in the video?

I did notice that, along with:

1. It was stated Search and Rescue were unable to locate the victim (I'm assuming S&R came with dogs?) which tells me Ross is lying about the dogs hitting on the nearby apartment
2. Nothing was taken from the search of the residence (Ross says they did and they didn't take things)
3. Ross states Hasanni was sitting in the car unattended (we have definately heard it from Ross himself in the interviews that, a) he left Hasanni in the car and that b) Hasanni unbuckled his seat belt and walked over to the back door of Shuz)
4. That this investigator has probable cause to believe and does believe that there could be foul play involved

bolded by me.

You're right! LR actually might have had a better view of Hasanni (assuming Hasanni was really with him that day). And what a strange way to park, if he was there from the beginning.

Remember, though, that was his third story. First, LR left Hasanni in the car. Second he was standing next to the car. Third he was heading for the back door. Pretty much a crap shoot what really happened.

I'm very confused about the car location. I'm sorry, I can't remember who posted the pics of where the car was, but it seems it could've been in a couple different locations and likely not in the lot as originally said.

Is anyone else bothered by LR's expression "those are thoughts you don't entertain"-- mainly the word "entertain" --- who would even think of using that word, which also implies fun things like entertainment, when their child has been abducted, is missing? Or am I totally off-base here? P.S. this was in the Single Post that AWC shows here.
