We have all been assuming that LR's second car didn't run...because HE SAYS HE WAS LOOKING FOR A PART FOR IT...we all KNOW that when he opens his mouth... (also, did anyone else see that the white car had the DRIVER'S WINDOW DOWN!?!?!? If it didn't run, that makes NO SENSE!!!)
Thank you!

Here is shot of car in garage. IIRC, LR said that she (JC) did not drive. So these are both his?

Anyway, he COULD have been looking for a part for the white car, but it could STILL RUN!!! What if he uses the BMW to do 'routine' things....bank....junk yard...routine drop off of kids, but uses the SECOND CAR to take Hasanni where ever he is now:eek: Maybe no GPS on it, OPD would be looking for video of BMW due to car 'not running'...by the time LE figures out it DOES run, they may not have video of it anywhere...(businesses tend to 'tape over' previous weeks videos to save $$)

But this COULD BE what LE has on him...if a smart cop found the white car on video...it would PROVE he took Hasanni somewhere else and was NEVER in OAKLAND with him!!!

No clues in search for missing Fremont boy

Organizers say Saturday effort leaves them with renewed hope

A massive volunteer search effort in Fremont on Saturday for Hasanni Campbell did not turn up any clues in the disappearance of the 5-year-old who went missing Aug. 10.

But it did give the organizers and the 124 volunteers who covered numerous areas in Fremont renewed hope that the Fremont boy is alive.

"It gave us hope that we're looking for a live, breathing, walking child," organizer Sherri Miller said.

I am not exactly sure why finding nothing gave them "renewed hope" of Hasanni being alive.

Why doesn't Jennifer drive? We know she used to 'cause of the citation she received in Monterey. Did she lose her license?

Why two cars - Maybe Ross used this car (looks like a small beamer?) to transport Hasanni to where - ever!! Much harder to catch on video.

I still am having trouble with the logic of this. CB harnesses Sherri (t-shirt lady)'s steam to gather this huge, public effort on a holiday weekend to search a large, popular lake in Fremont. We all agree this is a strange choice.

Now in the above posted story (thank you!), Sherri seems like she's basically saying this lends itself to the conclusion that Hasanni is alive. Was this Burris' intent?

I am encouraged to see they will search Oakland hills next, as it's a better possibility.

I don't get it, either. I can see the need to be positive in looking for Hasanni, but this does fly in the face of logic, and shows denial of LE's conclusions. Why?

Man... I have to say, I hope they are guilty. Otherwise, they have lost both kids, been roughed up in the press, and thrown in the hoosegow. And now face unemployment with a baby on the way. Holy cow.

I mean, I am fairly sure at least one of them is guilty... but imagine being in this situation if you weren't. Not even Kafka could make this stuff up.

I'm beginning to wonder whether or not the next thing that'll happen is that LR up and leaves. If he does, that'll drive home the probability that Jennifer knows nothing, don't ya think? I just can't see any reason for him to stay in CA. He's been 'outed' as being everything he has tried so hard to mask and/or cover up for the better part of 38 years. He's awfully quiet now. Humiliated maybe, ashamed to show his face now because he's not Mr. Joe Cool who has it all together anymore? Jennifer kept saying they got the house because of those children. I think before that they were simply dating. Maybe what brought it to a head was that the RELAY-SHUN-SHIP, the two in the same household, wasn't working anymore. Clearly they were at one another's throats ten days prior. If he doesn't have to 'control' her to keep her in line and keep her from ratting him out, I think he'll skip. Afterall, patterns indicate that's what he does.

Could it have something to do with her bringing the kids into work for the last 4 months?

Her boss made a comment about it being a shoe store, not a daycare. At the time, I thought he knew she'd been doing it, but I'm not even sure she was bringing the kids there on a regular basis. Only that LR and JC said they had been.

ETA: Guess we'll never know (why she was fired).

bolded by me.

I got the impression her boss was making an offhand comment, to show they'd never have (or the employees wouldn't create) a daycare-type atmosphere in the store.
I still don't believe that she actually was bringing the children there on a regular basis: no "routine" .

I was sorry to hear that JC lost her job. It could be for a variety of reasons that have already been covered here or it could just be her job performance based on not selling enough shoes too.

OT- My soon to be ex-SonIL has lost a good number of jobs in the past two years where he got a flat salary and then commision. He sold cars, and the economy is so down right now that he can't make a living. But that's off topic to this thread just thought I'd share anyway.

Back on topic, if there is no money coming into the home and there is a baby on the way, it looks like LWR needs to get out there and take a job. Or two jobs if he can't find one that is up to his "standards". Now is not the time to be picky about what one is willing to do for a living. There is a baby on the way and a significant other that was supporting everyone in that home until she lost her job.

My message to LWR would be to Man up. Just my :twocents:

Heading off to watch my grandson while my daughter, fiance, her x-husband & gf, to go golfing....now isn't that they way it should be when a couple gets divorced....I'm so proud of all 4 of them to be able to get along...doing social things with my grandson...Sunday dinners together....we even have our vacations together!

Now if only my future s-i-l's x-wife would be that way with my step-granddaughter! :shakehead: Sorry off topic everyone...I'm just so proud that they put my grandson first & foremost & decided this was best for him.

I'll be back later once I play a bit of video games with him....until he kicks me off from playing them.

:sponge: Needs To Get Hasanni To Whisper Louder To Someone To Find Him!

:prayer:'s For Hasanni!

My guess is that instead of work, LWR will continue with the website and get another phone line and call it the Hasanni Campbell Foundation. One way to make unemployment sound swank, no?

One thing that still sticks in my head. Remember that one classmate of LR's saying they call him "Mr Ross"? Is that normal? Any classmates I would address that way are people I can't stand or who have major rods up the rods that live up the backsides.

I mean, where do you find that... This side of Star Fleet Academy or something, anyway?

Or do I just go to a hippy school?

I got the impression Mr. Ross' classmate was trying to imply that Mr. Ross was the teacher and the poster was a student. I don't know why I came away with that impression......

That was my first impression, too. Then I thought maybe, with his delusions of grandeur, he had his classmates address him as "Mr. Ross".

I stand corrected. I went back and looked at the two posts. I have no idea what point they were trying to convey. "He was an engineer, and he got laid off so he went back to school to support his family" or something to that effect?!? That's not an exact quote but it's pretty close. How does going back to school solve his families need for support on the short term? Stands to reason that if he got laid off and his family needed support he would have GOTTEN ANOTHER JOB!

OK, this is an even worse case. How many rods have to be up there to go online and pretend you are someone who calls you "Mr"? The rod up the rod, up the rod... It's like an oroboros of anal fixtures. Like Russian stacking dolls.

I think the poster was trying to throw in a good word for LR and fishing for positive feedback about him.

And YES----getting another job, in this situation, would have been the obvious thing for "Mr. Ross" to do! Helllloooooo (not hello to you,Shutterfly--- hello to Mr. Ross)

Assuming the white car runs and he uses it, I still have a couple of questions though. Did LE search it with cadaver dogs? Did LE search it at all? Also, if those plates aren't from California, it seems more of a risk to use it to dispose of Hasanni just in case LR is spotted by someone. For what it's worth, I don't take the driver's window being down as meaning anything. We had a non-op car in our garage for a couple of years and had the window down just to keep the car aired out. :) MOO

I don't recall the search warrant wording, but I am guessing it covered any car registered in either JC or LR's name.

I really hope I'm permitted to do this..here are the posts from the mystery poster....

he's not a medical assistant yet...he's a student. he was an engineer and got laid-off and went back to school to support his family. I know this because he was in my class and I believe he's innocent and he can never harm anyone especially not his "son"

I agree with you...I know Ross or Mr. Ross as we call him in class. He is very well-educated and would never hurt anyone, always been a gentleman. I truly hope they can prove him innocent.
