Location in Hayward, right near the Nimitz Fwy that was mentioned earlier. It's on the way to Oakland. If you zoom out on the map and move it around a little, you get a really good idea of the locations! (Well, I was enlightened -I'm not familiar with the area at all.)

I found this one too...It's in Hayward-3.37 miles(8 minutes) from the Pick Your Part LR went to Aug 10th.

I Hope FF finds out where he enrolled for training as a Medical Assistant - what school - how far - credentials necessary - where it is located - can you take out student loans.

I would like to know why Jennifer isn't driving

There was information contradicting that Ross and Jennifer bought the home they are in. Why am I remembering an Asian name - name of a man who bought it and than rented?

Considering the massive amount of info. the sleuthers managed to get on Ross and Jennifer, what I would like to know isn't much.

The zillow.com page about the Roxie Terr. house showed the Indian name "A. K." below the picture. This is the name of the person who put the pictures of the house online--I'm guessing it is the realtor or previous owner. There was another Asian (Chinese or Japanese) name mentioned at WS as owning the home, but the poster had confused two Rosses or two locations.

Since the Roxie Terr. house has had no account with the local garbage disposal company for over a year, my belief is that it could NOT be a rental, because a landlord would have to provide tenants with a habitable environment. I am sure that LWR would not let a landlord get away with not providing garbage pickup. My guess is that the account was discontinued by the previous owner, LWR kept on putting the bins out on pickup day, and the garbage company kept picking up garbage, unaware there was no account on the records.

Morning eyes, I think you hit that one square on! Most people at age 38 can't afford to go back to school, especially w/a new house, baby, etc. But if he received student loans & grants, he may able to make all his financial obligations.

Thanks, Lovespasta. I'm very surprised. Although I never thought LR and JC seemed like they were capable of buying a home I believed that somehow they did. I am sure that I heard JC in one interview saying something about LR making the down payment.

And how is AK--if indeed still the owner--getting by with not having a garbage account?

Actually, what Jennifer said in the 2nd extended interview, was that LR "paid the security." I assumed that meant the security deposit.

The way I located LR at Eleanor Roosevelt HS was that I did a search for (one of) his email addresses that are associated with his name. It was either the one on his resume, or the one he used to register the findhasanni.com website. I can't remember which was which. But I was fairly confident that both email addresses were his at the time and still am confident.

That's neither here nor there just letting everyone know what I did to get the info I found. I put the email address in quotation marks into google. Sometimes when you do that things will pop up and sometimes they don't. Just a tip on how I do simple searches

ETA: to find the email associated with findhasanni.com I ran it through the whois website and it popped up registered to him and gave the email he used to register the website (also a fax number but I did not post it because we will not be using that here).

I don't have an account with them, I think I did at one time but IIRC they send too much reminder emails or some sort another reason, and I don't want to deal with them LOL. I have checked on other cases using a throwaway email address to register but I don't even remember what nonsense I used to register and have a look at the time. I don't have an account, i.e., I don't pay money, but I did register free a long time ago. I only go on when I get an email reminder and I think I deleted them all. I can try to see if I can do it another way.

He is listed on classmates.com if it is the correct LR. As already indicated, there was a LR listed at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. At classmates.com it shows he graduated in 1989 from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, MD. 1989 would be about the right time for someone 38. Of course he is not a member.

How do you find information like this?

I think we might need to go back and alter the first names to only initials. That way we don't violate TOS for WS and we still have the info needed by the last name. Just a friendly and gentle suggestion. In order to keep our thread clean and without scrutiny.

Was I not supposed to state the owner's entire name in my post --mine wasn't the cut and paste from the recorder's office, just the zillow.com link and I did use his name in the post ?

Columbo I'm not a mod in anyway shape or form. But, it is my understanding (from having several of my own posts adjusted by mods when I first joined and seeing others also) that we are strongly advised not to use full names of ppl that are not directly associated with a case, and/or haven't been named in the media as associated with a case.

If I missed the media reporting on these ppl please forgive me for making the suggestion. I just wanted to be a "mother hen" and make sure we don't get in trouble KWIM?
