snipped from above

"I see activity, but it's all coming from other people," says Marc Klaas who offered the services of his missing children foundation Klaaskids to help search for Hassani. "The normal advocate in this situation would be the family, but here, there is deafening silence
.
He says Ross never took him up on his offer of help.

The very person you would want in your corner ...

text reddened by me.

That's it in a nutshell--all the activity is coming from other people. That and the fact that Ross never said "yes" to Marc Klaas' offer to help find Hasanni.

Just stopping by to share that I was in the Walmart in our town this week and as I was walking out Hasanni's missing poster was posted at the doors on their "have you seen me" board.

There were two posters. One in English and then right beside it one in Spanish.

I haven't forgotten about you Hasanni.

Thank heavens there are the Sherri Miller's in the world. Hasanni little man you are not forgotten.

How could anybody refuse the assistance of Marc Klaas and his organization - sure seems to me like somebody doesn't want Hasanni to be found.

Hope they are having nightmares and night sweats and see Hasanni's reflection in every mirror they look in - this for the perp(s) who know where sweet little Hasani is.
My honest opinion is neither LR or JC care if he's ever found ~ and yes, maybe LR especially, doesn't want him found. It is too bad LE didn't have the evidence they needed to detain these two longer and formally file charges. I still believe Hasanni died at LR's hands. MOO

Still hoping that Hassani will be found someday soon and that whoever is responsible for his 'disapperance' will be charged.

:rose: for Hasanni!

No panthera. I live over a thousand miles away. I saw him again today at another Walmart in our town. This one was only in English but he was at the top and his was the 1st poster.

Those eyes always catch my eye. My Husband too. He tapped my shoulder and said "Kat-look there's little Hasanni".

Bless your heart Hasanni. I know you are already in heaven baby but I can't wait till you come home hun. I just can't wait.

ETA: I am very tired after a long day and Hasanni put tears in my eyes, I'm going to bed. :praying: for Hasanni

I completely agree - LR especially doesn't care - he only cares about himself. LR lives his selfish and empty life and the vulnerable die...predator catches prey. .

don't you wonder what they are doing right now? Are they still in that big, empty, sterile house? Is he going to school? What are they doing for money? I'm finding I am so angry about this case that I have to stop this post before I say something that gets me banned. :furious:

I wonder if it's possible to slap Ross with child neglect charges because he left Hasanni alone at the back door of Shuz and he admitted leaving the children alone in the apartment the day Hasanni went missing. I mean, he admits that he did that, in police and media interviews. That would give Child Protective Services cause to snatch the baby, wouldn't it? Can they do that even now?

I can't help but think phase two of this situation is going to center around the birth of that baby. There is NO WAY that LE is going to let them keep that baby...just no way.

I so agree with you and I hope Childrens Service is going to monitor these adults who didn't protect and love Hasanni. Wouldn't want another child to go missing under their care.

I've lost that innocense of believing there is no such thing as a perfect crime. The cold hard reality is that some crimes are done well enough by the criminal they get away without ever being held accountable for what they've done. Is it b/c they were that smart or is it b/c our judicial system is so flawed that it actually protects these evil criminals?

Hi everyone, I am new to Websleuths. I joined just to lend my support for Hasanni. I live in Fremont, I thought of the little guy last night as I drove past Don Edwards Recreational Area & Ardenwood Farm, which are not far from his home. I can't help but think he must be somewhere nearby. The Dumbarton Bridge & SF Bay are literally minutes from there...

Anyway, the news of this guy has pretty much died around here, I never hear anything new. I joined to make sure I can get all the updates on his case, plus help in anyway with local info if anyone needs it.

I can't help but agree with you all about the baby- LE would not be doing its job if they allowed JC & LR to keep it. If LR can't handle the aggravation a five year old can cause, what will he do to a screaming newborn?!?!

HI Shutterfly - I THINK THAT'S A GREAT IDEA!!!! He should be slapped with something - anything! How about a murder I charge?

I'm thinking about Casey Anthony - wasn't her first charge 'child neglect'? And didn't they rescind that because of the hope to convict her of 1st degree murder? Wasn't the thinking that if she is convicted of child neglect then putting her on trial for murder would be 'double jepordy' because it would be one case? I probably am not remembering it correctly.

LR should not be around babies...he doesn't like to be bothered with inconveniences (his perceptions). mho
