Missing Person Heaven McGee: Unknown Circumstances

The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Heaven “Milli” McGee, who is missing due to unknown circumstances.

McGee, also known as “Milli,” was last seen around 5:00 p.m. on January 17, 2025, in the 8800 block of Thermal Street and said she was heading to Hayward. She was wearing a white jacket, brown pants, and a black jacket.

She is described as a 20-year-old Black woman. McGee is 5' tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

McGee’s family reported her missing on January 22, 2025, to the Lathrop Police Department and then on January 26, 2025, to OPD. She may be in Stockton or Lathrop and is known to frequent San Jose and San Pablo.

Thanks for the link - early on I saw several comments on FB about her last being spotted at a truck stop in Stockon in the early morning hours but as that wasn't verified I didn't share. However this article DOES state she was last seen in the early morning in Stockton, NOT in Oakland at 5 pm as reported earlier. No mention of a truck stop through so at this point that should just be considered "rumor" only.

Heaven McGee, 21, an Oakland woman who disappeared in January was a victim of human trafficking and last seen in Stockton, authorities said

FBI Special Agent in Charge Sanjay Virmani added: “We are doing everything in our power to bring Heaven home.”

The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward to help locate missing Oakland woman, Heaven McGee, who disappeared January of this year. "I know there is someone with a heart who can help me find my daughter."

Multiple searches by OPD and the FBI have been conducted in the Stockton area, guided by cell phone data and other investigative leads. The FBI is now offering a $10,000 reward for information leading Heaven's location.

She was seen again on January 20 in a commercial corridor in Stockton

"Based on the evidence gathered in this case, we believe Heaven was being trafficked and is the reason why she was in the Stockton area,"

She may also be in Lathrop and is known to frequent San Jose and San Pablo.

Has any other leads arose to this case up till now?
For what we know she could have bee a trafficked victim, this could mean that, she could either have been have been forced into the same life as before in the past times in her life. Thats just a theory which could be possible, if the FBI's Assumptions about her being a victim is correct.

Thanks for joining us! I haven't seen any information that she's been trafficked in the past nor been involved in the sex trade, willingly or not. I imagine the FBI is suspecting that due to her age, and the circumstances including where she was last seen, and her last movements (which may not be public knowledge).
