MISSION VIEJO, CA — A man was reported critically missing by the Orange County Sheriff's Department Thursday morning, and authorities are seeking the public's help in finding him after he apparently left his Mission Viejo home and never returned.

74-year-old Hossein Angha was believed to have left his home on foot and in an unknown direction at around 1:30 p.m. Feb. 7. Authorities did not say where Hossein's residence was specifically located, as it is believed he left the area on foot.

He was last seen wearing a great long sleeve flannel shirt, a grey checkered undershirt, grey sweatpants and white shoes.

He is described as a Persian male who stands at a little over six feet and weighs roughly 168 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

According to authorities, Hossein suffers from seizures and takes medication for them daily. He also has suffered from depression in the past, they said.
