Another unsolved homicide on Murder Mountain.
Hugh Duggins was found dead in a ditch in the 7000 block Alderpoint Road on 21 January 2016. Eight months later, the coroner ruled his death a homicide by strangling.
Hugh was found seven miles from his vehicle, and had been dead 48 hours or less when found. A $10,000 cash reward is being offered.
