Such a pity many CA MP are not on Namus. The CA state MP registry has so many people listed but such limited search options

So the PMI was 2 years but the possible range of years was 1970-1999 (29 years)?

So Garberville only had a population of 818 in 2020, not sure it would have been much bigger in the 70s through 90s.
However it is on the coastal 101 road that goes south to San Francisco and north into Oregon. This person could have come from anywhere.

Does anyone know if this is a trucking route? Or mostly locals and tourists taking the scenic coastal route?
