I would not get super worked up over the age range. however, Justine was last seen at the Golden Gate Bridge which implies, but not necessarily establishes, she jumped off the bridge.

There is so little info on Justine. She was last seen at Golden Gate Bridge, but nobody actually saw her jump AFAIK. The implication is that she jumped, but .............

What do you think about the resemblance? Do you think it's worth submitting. Justine is not in NAMUS, so I'm not sure she has been ruled out.

"Andrea" supposedly had recent dental work.
Justine has dentals available so it shouldn't be that difficult.

There are sites out there that contain gruesome photos from auto accidents, etc., that are displayed for no purpose other than ghoulish amusement. The family members of the victims have been traumatized by having a public spectacle made of their loved ones.

It's too bad that there is no way that people with a legitimate reason for seeing them would be able to see them without risk of them ending up on the "blood & guts" sites. I really don't think this photo of Andrea would be of much interest to these folks, as she looked quite peaceful in death. But nevertheless, the law exists (probably for that reason), and Orange County wishes to comply as best as they can.

Wasn't the law enacted after the pictures of that horrible accident got out? (The one that involved the teenage girl who had did cocaine and wrecked her porsche)

I think Justine is a good match. I do not thing the age is an issue. Andrea could have been 29 and looked younger. Clearly Justine is very young looking in her picture. Good find sigh sister. The dental work may have been done after she disappeared in 1982 so not sure we could use that to rule her in or out.

Yeah, reports were that she SAID she was 26, and while it's entirely possible she was lying about her age -- it's also possible she was telling the truth. We just don't know.

The fog can get pretty thick at certain times of the day and being there were no cell phones back then, it's possible that it could have gone unreported if not unseen.

They have the same chin, same forehead, eerily similar eye-shape, and while the recon's nose is a tiny bit more pushed up I also think Shannon's chin is tilted down a little in that picture.

She was mentioned earlier, but Carl felt her nose isn't turned up enough to be Andrea. However, she is not listed as a rule out either. There are only 2 rule outs.

MM thinks that Justine being born in 1961 is too old to be his Andrea. He feels her DOB is more of 1967.

Carl; do you mind if I ask a friend to attempt to add Goth makeup to your recon? I'm not sure if they have ever done it before but I'd love to see her with makeup.
