Here we go, no photos of either.
Rosemary was 5'2, 120 pounds. Brown hair/brown eyes. Apparently last wearing Black jeans, gold necklace and a brown shirt. She lived with a foster family at the time of her disappearance.
According to NamUs, she may have gone to Missouri and the baby may have been sent to Guatemala.

Rosemary was last sighted on February 20, 2010 in Huntington Park, California. There’s no information on this and how accurate it is.

Doe died 8-9 February 2010 and partial remains were found on Lenwood Road, west of the I-15 Freeway in Barstow, California.

We’d need more information to really know. They match descriptions, area and year - the dates just don’t match up.
