That's awesome, Magz. :) What do you think, @jewelsmac? Worth a shot?
MOO
Absolutely..Though I think it will be tough. No witnesses, no DNA, no credible sightings. But she is worth the try. If I remember correctly the local LE has to "invite" them to help. Hopefully that will not be an issue. But Ilene deserves every effort than can be made.

Just stopping in to see if any leads came out of the memorial and hoping to see "Arrested" here one day soon!

you and me both
I hate to think that Michelle Michaud and James Daveggio were involved in this. They were brutal and I md hate to think that Ilene fell into their hands:(:(:(:(

I've thought about this, too. I hope Ilene wasn't part of their hideous story.
Of course, whatever happened to her was very, very bad. I hope she walks out of it someday, walks out of it and into the arms of her mother and her father.

Same. All I want is for her to go back to her loving family

Maybe she was kidnapped by someone who lost their own child:(:(

That would probably be the least horrific of all the scenarios we can imagine, although of course still not good, not good at all. Anyone who would abduct a child, even if their motive was to raise that child as his/her own would have grave mental health issues.
I am 99.9% certain that this was the reason Diane Dye went missing.

Yeah, but at least it could mean she is alive and well

Someone should write a Wikipedia for Ilene’s case.

That's an awesome idea. :) @jewelsmac, I think you should do this!
MOO
We should use her most recent taken picture from before she vanished
