Circumstances of Disappearance:

"Israhel PAGBLO-LORENZO went missing from his residence on 18MAY18 at about 1300hrs. PABLO-LORENZO does not take public transit but has an extensive walking range. PABLO-LORENZO has walked to San Leandro and Hayward on two separate occastions. PABLO-LORENZO is described as "childish" by his family who state that he operates at a 10 year old level, however there is no mental health diagnosis at this time. PABLO-LORENZO told his sister that we wanted to "See the Bridge and the Lights" which his sister believes to be either the Bay Bridge or Golden Gate Bridge."
