The Clallam Co. Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 33 year old Jackie Kristine Cary.

She was last seen sometime in September 2022 when she went on a road trip with Kevin Caynor to the Santa Monica Pier in Santa Monica, CA. He stated that he left Jackie there after an altercation between them. Family stated that it is very out of character for her not to contact family.

Jackie has 2 children under the age of 5.

Her social media accounts haven’t had any activity on them either.

Jackie is 5’2”, 115 lbs, with brown hair & brown eyes.

If anyone has any information regarding her whereabouts or her disappearance, please contact the Clallam Co. Sheriff’s Office at (360)-417-2262.

Is the picture of her above where she is at the Santa Monica Pier? Is it a selfie she send to a family member/friend? I would like a date. We would know at least she was there at some time.

I looked at the missing FB page. I'm sorry...the information is "all over the place". Where are the dates, facts, a good written narrative ....?

So many questions. I am always amazed when people are missing for a month or more before the story gets traction.

Not sure what date she was reported missing or by whom. I’m sure I’m just thinking what we are all wondering…what was the last date of phone or SM activity? When was last time there was any financial account activity on her accounts by her? Did she make contact with family, job, childcare, schools, etc., to let them know there was a change in circumstances?

Mostly, I wonder if the BF called and told anyone, at the time, that JC was left in an unfamiliar city? Or did he wait for people to come knocking and questioning where she was?

There is info out there on her missing group the Jackie Cary MISSING Facts and Updates 📣📣 but not through MSM. There are a lot of posts by her family members giving information but it's kind of scattered on this group through questions asked and answered. Also info about her companion, but we can't share that until he is a POI in this case. Let me say it's all very interesting.

She is not in Namus yet, but the entry seems to be pending. I checked, she is not yet.

I have a lot of questions about his version of the story. The Missing Person Flyer says he left her at the Santa Monica Pier. It says they had an altercation there and he left then came back later and she wasn't there---[but she also supposedly told him she wasn't going back with him---maybe he reached her by phone?]

Anyhow, on the King5 News FB article, the boyfriend in question claims he left her at the McDonalds on Van Nuys and Laurel Canyon. ???? That is about 45 minutes away because of 405 fwy traffic. Maybe more.

How did he leave her at Santa Monica Pier if he left her at a Hollywood McDonalds?

He says the police need to go get that McDonalds footage before it is taped over. But the family says he has never given an exact date or time. So how can police look for that tape if they do not have an approximate date even?

And if they got into an altercation at the Santa Monica Pier, and she , according to him, threw a knife at him, how did they end up 45 minutes North at a McDonalds in Hollywood?

I know. That contradictory quote really got my attention, and I’m suspicious of the situation anyway. But when you consider that it’s not a direct quote from the bf, just a quote from her sister, then add in the general propensity of reporters to get things wrong, and you aren’t left with much—except that terrible suspicion.

Well, Occam's razor thinks the same way. They have known one another for many years. So, friends, at . He drove her to Santa Monica. And then they quarreled, and he left her there? Without means of transportation, totally alone? Either he doesn't care at all, or he easily gets angry in "my way of highway" style, which might also be indicative of the personality. IMHO.
