@Niner Good morning. Looks like the preliminary examinations happened yesterday and continue today. I’ll check the docket again tomorrow to see if they update with a status of what is next. I also googled but didn’t find any articles about this.

@Niner The hearing yesterday 01/14/2020 at 8:30 am was cancelled and moved to the afternoon at 1:30 pm. There is nothing else for future hearings. I will check again at the end of the week to see if they have updated the status.

@Niner The two day preliminary examination result was that he was held to answer to count one and two (PC 187(a) F-Murder and PC 29800(a)(1) F-Poss of FI - Possession of firearm by prohibited person). There is an “Arraignment on Information” Hearing set for 02/10/2020 at 8:30 am. I guess that is when he will be formally arraigned on those charges and a trial date set. I will check the docket on 2/11 and let you know the results of said hearing.

@Niner I just did a search by her full name. Nothing shows up. I also did a search using just first and last names with only a few minor traffic incidents showing and I can’t be sure those are actually for her since she has a pretty normal name. I can’t find her in their system.

full name is Rebecca Marie Garcia - Stanislaus County Case# CR-18-009444 and she is 44 in 2018.
