Looks like BK.
But would need to confirm date of disappearance.
Pro: eyes, receding hairline
Con: Height less. Weight a lot less.
Long scar on inside of left arm.
Has unspecified mental problems. I have no idea what that
means. Schizophrenia? Or amnesia before?
Has a cleft chin. Does BK?

IMO: I don't think so.
But, I would like to see a side by side.

This one does look like BK..age and timing are right as long as DOD is correct.
