I agree.100,000$ seems like a huge amount right away with no evidence of foul play, doesn't it?

Good info. I just still don't know if this link is allowed? It doesn't go to astericks but it clearly stated a year ago it was a blog.To point out, all facts about the story are from one person. I'm sure LE started there with the investigation....
Jamie called her husband, Apollo Tull and said, Im not going to see you again, reports The Modesto Bee.*** Jamie then crashed the car. *Apollo heard music and then his wife came back on the phone and she told him where she was. *Apollo text his father to call 911 and drove to the scene at*Childs and Cunningham Road in Merced County, with Jamies mother. *When Apollo got there the police were there but Jamie was gone.

Maybe allowed to post later but not to start a thread?
I will try to contact a mod after posting.
Oh ok. Thanks! The good thing is that it quotes The Modesto Bee. We have used it multiple times.

Yep...hate to say this out loud but can't stop myself...maybe you do this because you don't think you will ever pay it out? [emoji33]100,000$ seems like a huge amount right away with no evidence of foul play, doesn't it?
My thoughts at first but I saw it mentioned from family...so perhaps her parents? MooYep...hate to say this out loud but can't stop myself...maybe you do this because you don't think you will ever pay it out? [emoji33]

My initial impression was that she purposely tried to flip the car or crash it in order to kill herself, then when she found she survived, took off into the woods. I hope they search the area towards the creek or river I see to the west.
Ditto....my hinky meter goes off for this lovely lady...but I can't say what I'm really thinking. Bless her...I think it's weird that we aren't hearing more about this in the news or from the family.

Indeed...I think we aren't getting the full story, and something untoward happened that she did not initiate. JMO
Somewhere I read that she was diagnosed 10 years ago after a traumatic experience.I really am not getting any odd vibes from this at all. A lot of times I do. I can also say, sometimes Bipolar people do not have a lot of "close" friends that we are around or even talk to that often. Don't get me wrong, we do have people, it's just depending on how frequent she may have these episodes. A lot of people don't really know how to act around them at times. It's really draining on friendships if you have a lot of episodes. Just think half of the time you are depressed to the nth degree. Sleeping, don't want to be bothered etc. Other times you can have an opposite episode (mania) which makes some, spontaneous with things, your brain doesn't shut down, no sleep and everything is done in a hyper mode until you medicate and level out again. Personally, I can put myself in her logic during one of those times. It is really a hard diagnosis to live with for families. I'm not sure how long she has been diagnosed. Also, some families of "us" can't always think logical, because in those states it's hard to know how we think.
I think there is a lot more, but I think sometimes families of people with mental illness, are a little hesitant to speak up. This lady is a teacher, should this get a lot of exposure, it could really harm her career, if she (hopefully) is alive. So, what may seem logical to most, can have devestating effects on other families to react the same way.

My uncle is bipolar . I am all too familiar with this disease. I kinda thought the opposite though . That they came out with "she has bipolar disorder" right off the bat. IDK if it was give us her perceived star of mind or what. Her being a teacher and that kind of stigma being common knowledge could be devastating to her career I agree. So I'm not sure why they led with that ?I really am not getting any odd vibes from this at all. A lot of times I do. I think it may be because, if she is in a manic state, you may want to use caution. Not that she would hurt anyone, only that she may be unpredictable, make erratic or nonsense statements. It would allow people to have an idea if the come into contact with her, her actions MAY not be normal to some. That is why I would think they would. My uncle is bipolar .
