MISSING MAN: Butte County Sheriff's Office asks for help finding missing Oroville man​

The BCSO confirmed a missing person report for Jason John Owens, 37, of Oroville. Owens' family said they were last in contact with him in July of this year.

According to officials, Owens is considered at risk due to mental illness.

Owens is described as standing around 5'7" tall and weighing around 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
