i did some research...not sure what yr model of your Tahoe, but I am seeing a 26 gallon tank. 15-21 miles per gallon, so let's take 18mpg. With an 8th tank left we have approximately 54 miles. Can someone provide a map with the 54 mile radius?

Thanks all, and I do think I will take a break for a few days. I do feel completely defeated and demoralized, and need to recharge. To those just coming in, i have answered almost all of those questions in previous posts. I am turning off my internet tonight, and letting it sit for a few days to get some air. If anyting comes up where we get a resource, please PM me and let me know! Thanks for you continued support.

Loooooong time lurker - first time post (I couldn't resist.)

There are several helicopter companies out of Grants Pass, OR that fly the forests over the Oregon and California coast range/Cascades as they are often involved in firefighting and logging missions etc there.

Here's one:

There was a more well known company Carson Helicopter Services. I couldn't find a local website but there is one for the headquarters in PA.
http://www.carsonhelicopters.com/contact-us/

The Coast Guard also flies up and down the coast for training missions.

Furthermore, there are pilots that volunteered to search for the James Kim family that was lost in the woods very near to here.

Pilot who actually found mom and girls is mentioned.

Good luck to you. My grandfather committed suicide a few years ago. I had to send my friends into the woods to find him (as I no longer live in the area). Thankfully I knew his stomping grounds well and knew where to send them. And even more thankfully they found him and not my mom and her sisters.

I hope Jennifer Evert is found soon. I was drawn to this case because of the circumstances surrounding it. I was thinking that maybe Jennifer got somewhere close to where she wanted to go, took the pills with the coke and alchohol, and she under the influence and already in a bad place emotionally, she decided to go home or somewhere else and had an accident. This case makes me so sad.

Sgt809, my prayers are with you and your boys. Please take care of them and you.

Praying Jennifer is found soon.

Still here praying for Jennifer's husband. I hope that you find Jennifer soon!

Why would she tell her husband one place and then not go there. She wanted to be found, wanted the vehicle to be found, etc.
An accident on the way seems very possible to me.

I do not think she wanted her husband t find her Look at what her finding her deceased husband lead her to. I do not think she would want him to find her.

An accident is possible that I agree but I don't think she wants a family member finding her body.

I wish she would have at least let LE know where to find her. Hoping she's found soon.
