A 37-year-old man who's been missing since Tuesday was last seen on a red bicycle, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department said.
Jesse Fernandez left his home along the 8100 block of Bilsdale Court at about 2 p.m. on March 18.
Fernandez is considered at risk because he has the mental capacity of a 10- to 15-year-old child, the sheriff's department said.
He's Hispanic, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Fernandez has black hair with a ponytail, brown eyes, a mustache and a light beard. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a green knit beanie cap that has a bill.
