The scene is a little scary… Another Brooklyn dude [who went] Tweeted: "The Gathering of the Juggalos is the scariest place in America besides jail." He wasn't entirely wrong.

Someplace here we have a entire thread on Juggaloes. But I have trouble with the Search function here lately. But I started that thread because at one time we had several cases where the main suspects were all Juggalos. Hailey Dunn's mom's boyfriend, the last to see her alive, was into the Insane Clown Posse type stuff. And a few others in other cases.

Juggaloes is just a harmless fad for most teens. But for others, it is an indication that they don't ' Give a chit' about anything and are proud of their violent, erratic impulses. JMO

The attorney for the man convicted in September of brutally slaying a 13-year-old girl has accused the jury’s forewoman and a second juror of misconduct, calling on a judge to unseal the pair’s jury records.

The attorney, Jennifer Mouzis, also asked to examine the forewoman’s social media accounts and order the two to testify, though, Mouzis said in her October motion, she is not immediately planning to seek a new trial for Ryan Douglas Roberts.

I still think there is more to the story. I have always felt that the victim's friend was more involved than she said, and that it was a crime of envy/jealousy. See quote from article below:


"Mouzis argued that Reed had told a defense investigator after Roberts’ trial that Jessica’s friend asked him on the night of the killing to bring a blanket to the park. Reed did, where he found Jessica’s friend, the friend’s mother and the mother’s boyfriend in the dugout with the deceased girl, according to Mouzis’ defense motion. Reed then fled, hiding out until early the next morning, the motion says.

Others, including Reed’s brother and the brother’s friend initially corroborated Reed’s story in interviews with a defense investigator, but later recanted key segments of their statements before the hearing, the attorneys said."

Roberts' mother, Tammy, accused former District Attorney Jan Scully of using this case to try to get more funding for DNA analysis.

Even if it's true that the former DA used this case to try and get more funding for DNA analysis, how would that make her son innocent?

Would it make his DNA recovered at the crime scene not be found as evidence of his guilt? I must be missing something. JMO
