The Sacramento Police Department is looking for a missing person last seen around 10:00 a.m. near the 3700 block of J St. The missing person, 50-year-old Job Francisco, male Filipino approximately 5‘8”, 250 lbs, brown eyes and hair. He speaks limited English and may not feel comfortable approaching others to ask for help or say he’s lost. He is considered at-risk due to medical conditions. Last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue pants, and gray shoes. Please call SPD’s non-emergency number if you have seen him or located (916)808-5471.
