What a frightening experience for the Montana's. Can you imagine, if that woman had been able to grab that poor baby and run off---people would be possibly accusing Joe Montana and his wife of disappearing their grand baby? What a nightmare.....:eek:

I perused. She seemed off. Either that or the translator from Thai to English made her posts bizarre.

Was she actually trying to take the baby? I'm guessing that if she wanted to take the baby, she would've left the home right away instead of going upstairs? Was she just looking for something to steal,saw the baby, picked the baby up and kept looking?
Was anyone able to figure out where she lives? Does she even live close to the Malibu area?

She might not have been trying to steal the baby---except Mrs. Montana apparently had to scuffle with her and pry the baby out of the intruders arms...so that seems suspicious.

But it is odd that she picked up the baby and then went upstairs...if she wanted to steal the kid she would have headed out the closest door immediately.

This sounds like a mental health episode. I wonder if she came to the US to get married, or if she was already there and met her husband there. I was snooping around and she might have been living in Valley Village, which is not a bad part of the Valley to live at. I think it might take a hour to get to Malibu from there though.

Also... is this a fake Facebook account?

It does look fake. Does LA County have a way to see where she is, what her bail is, etc?

Dalzell is being held at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood on $150,000 bail, with a court date scheduled for 9/29/20 Tuesday morning. 9/29/20 Update: Plead not guilty. Dalzell's bail was set at $200K & she was told to return to court Oct. 20. She could get 8 years in prison if convicted as charged. She has no previous criminal record.

Is a certified custom specialist of any relevance here?

Also mundane, but wondering why hubby spells his name with a Z? Checking again he has quite a few relatives in film industry. Much older too than her.

Maybe she just wanted a baby? So glad little one is safe.

I believe Dalzell is spelled with a Z. I think he has a ex wife and a child, both spell it as Dalzell and public records have his name as Dalzell too. Was he on social media at some point? When I found out this case, her social media was already down and I wasn't able to find him on Facebook.

Tuesday, October 20th:
*Pretrial Hearing (@ am PT) - CA – Joe Montana’s granddaughter (9 mos.) (Sept. 26, 2020 nearly kidnapped, Malibu/Lost Hills) - *Sodsai Predpring Dalzell (39/now 40) arrested & charged (9/26/20) with attempted kidnapping & burglary. Plead not guilty. $150K bond & changed to $200K (9/29/20).
Montana told police an unknown woman entered the residence on Saturday & took his granddaughter from a playpen, where the child was sleeping. A tussle ensued & Mrs. Montana was able to safely pry the child out of the suspect’s arm.
9/26/20 Update: Dalzell is being held at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood on $150,000 bail, with a court date scheduled for 9/29/20 Tuesday morning. 9/29/20 Update: Plead not guilty. Nobody bailed her out yet? It sounds like it was a mental health related episode, if she wanted to kidnap the baby, she would've exited the home as fast as possible and not go upstairs.

I've been able to access records in LA County in the past but not anymore, I don't know why though. I'm also in Europe.
