Pen. Code 664-207(A)- I believe attempted kidnapping.

Pen. Code 459- burglary.

According to my notes regarding changing the case #:

2/5/21 Update: Dalzell was ordered released on Friday, Jan. 5th to be treated for unknown medical condition not treatable at the facility where Dalzell was being detained. LASD sources confirmed at approximately 4:30am Dalzell was transported to a Los Angeles area hospital while being rebooked for burglary & kidnapping charges related to the Montana incident. If convicted, Dalzell could face a maximum prison sentence of up to 8 years. Dalzell faces 1 count each of attempted kidnapping of a child under 14 & first-degree residential burglary with a person present, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. An arraignment date has not been scheduled. Jail records show that an initial set of the same charges were dropped early Friday morning & Dalzell was released from custody. She then went to a hospital where she was rebooked under a new case number.

Plead not guilty. $150K bond & changed to $200K (9/29/20). Released to medical facility & charges dismissed. Rebooked & charged (2/5/21) with attempted kidnapping of a child under 14 & 1st degree residential burglary with a person present.
Montana told police an unknown woman entered the residence on Saturday & took his granddaughter from a playpen, where the child was sleeping. A tussle ensued & Mrs. Montana was able to safely pry the child out of the suspect’s arm.
