The Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing man who was last seen Wednesday in Delano.

Joel Sotelo Valencia is described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. His age was not given.

Typically, they don't give the location within the county, sometimes they omit the last seen date, and apparently the latest omission is the age. Also, Kern County (and Bakersfield PD, which is within the county) rarely report to NamUs, and rarely submit missing cases to the CA Attorney General's missing archive.
