He's not moving while burying bodies. Imo he makes the the phone calls while driving after burying them once he thinks he's in the clear.
The reason I ask which computer is because of these tweets by Cathy:
Cathy Russon on Twitter and
Cathy Russon on Twitter.
I don't know how to insert them.
RSBM On which computer did CM create those checks?
Also He never told LE that he was ‘permitted’ to write his own cheques when they first interviewed him. He Said Joey had given him the cheque he wrote on 5th and backdated to 4th when they met at Chic FA. BINGO!He only created one check on Joey's computer, which he created and erased on feb 4th ---on the HP desktop
Then he recreated that same check again on the 5th, from his own computer allegedly, and cashed it himself

It seems the defence will not deny that the other cheques were all created on Chase's machine.
So when you posted this:He only created one check on Joey's computer, which he created and erased on feb 4th ---on the HP desktop

So they have to convince the jury that Joey gave Chase a pile of blank checks on Feb 4th at lunch, and then no one ever saw Joey or his family alive again. But that is just an unlucky coincidence.
Stephen Paddock had no prior violent incidents before he unloaded a rain of bullets into a crowd of 22,000 killing 15.JMarsh asked for evidence that Chase had no boundaries (which could be used to support the claim that he murdered the family in the horrendous way), the replies first assume that Chase did murder the family, then use that assumption as if it's a fact to conclude that he had no boundaries--well, because he murdered them.
So when you posted this:
"Here is how they place Chase in Fallbrook on the 4th:
Feb 4th:
7:59 McStay home computer accessed. Check was created for “chase merritt” for $4000 with “paul mitchell” on the memo line.
8:05 Check for $4000 to “chase merritt” is deleted.
Feb 5th:
12:06 Quickbooks accessed, check created for “chase merritt” for $4500 with ‘paul mitchell” on the memo line.
12:12 Check printed. Then the check date was edited from February 5 to February 4, 2010."[/B]
that only proved CM in Fallbrook on the 4th? not the 5th? when it was testified to that QB wasn't opened?
On the McStay HP computer no QuickBooks activity on Feb 1, 2, 5 and 8. Witness excused.
Prosecution recalls Det. Jason Schroeder from the high-tech crimes division. Prosecutor Imes asking questions about QuickBooks activity on Feb 1, 5, 8 for McStay E-machine. None was found.
Sorry, I'm confused
LOL time to get some sleep
So Mr J please help me understand. The defence cannot lay claim to anything like JM gave CM blank cheques or JM gave him access to QB (and then told him to delete it a week later) without someone testifying about it? And as there are no witnesses to those things they would have to put CM on the stand? (which I doubt they would do).The problem is they can't put that in evidence unless Chase testifies
Up till now they got away with counsel led story telling via cross examination, but they can't do that with their own witnesses.
There are simply no other witnesses with personal knowledge of what supposed alternative accounting approach
Chase only used Joey's desktop computer one time. That was on Feb 4th.
On the 5th, he used another computer, one of his own or Cathy's. But he printed the checks and cashed them himself.
And he BACKDATED the checks, to say Feb 4th.
He only used Joey's computer that one time. [that we know of now]
But he had the password, to the QuickBook program. So he didnt have to use it at Joey's house.
I am guessing it’s just another coincidence that Chase just happened to back date the cheques to the day the family were murdered. He could of choose the 2nd/3rd for example. This man just has the worst luck possible.
I mean he just happens to ping close to the burial site, writes cheques that would indicate he knew when the family had died, switched off his phone for multiple hours when the family were being murdered.
The list is endless of how bad his luck was that weekend. It’s no wonder he sucks at gambling as he just couldn’t catch a break![]()
IMO data retrieved from the office computer is not reliable because the computer had been removed from the house and was in the possession of others.
Nobody does mail any more, except for Amazon . .So? They get mail don't they?
We’re talking 2010 though and I’m pretty sure you could transfer money online then too.Nobody does mail any more, except for Amazon . .
