Can someone make a list of all the FACTS that PROVE CM murdered the family?
I mean short sentences with a link to show who/how it has been proven by authorities, not just assumptions?

He's not moving while burying bodies. Imo he makes the the phone calls while driving after burying them once he thinks he's in the clear.

That's my belief as well because you have to think about it from the Perps view, not out of hindsight in 2019

If you are burying bodies at a secret dumping ground, you don't want your phone to lead LE to the bodies. So phone off at the graves.

When you jump out on the highway you are back in a place you can legitimately/innocently be, so IMO, especially if you are not a cell tower expert, it would be psychologically easy to turn your phone back on and make calls. It reveals nothing.

IMO he did not consider the reverse situation. What if the bodies were found and your phone places you in the area on the relevant day?

I think he was not considering what factors would tie him to the graves. After all, the whole reason to bury all that stuff was precisely because forensics likely tied him to the bodies.

Also He never told LE that he was ‘permitted’ to write his own cheques when they first interviewed him. He Said Joey had given him the cheque he wrote on 5th and backdated to 4th when they met at Chic FA. BINGO!

So he needs to testify to explain this - as otherwise the defence theory cannot be stood up. A Quickbooks expert cannot testify as to why he said this, or speculate as to whether Joey had allowed all this.

Meanwhile the forged signature is proof to all the world about lack of consent.

It seems somewhat amazing we have to keep going over this ground.

Prosecution recalls Det. Jason Schroeder from the high-tech crimes division. Prosecutor Imes asking questions about QuickBooks activity on Feb 1, 5, 8 for McStay E-machine. None was found.

Up till now they got away with counsel led story telling via cross examination, but they can't do that with their own witnesses.

There are simply no other witnesses with personal knowledge of what supposed alternative accounting approach

So Mr J please help me understand. The defence cannot lay claim to anything like JM gave CM blank cheques or JM gave him access to QB (and then told him to delete it a week later) without someone testifying about it? And as there are no witnesses to those things they would have to put CM on the stand? (which I doubt they would do).

I am guessing it’s just another coincidence that Chase just happened to back date the cheques to the day the family were murdered. He could of chosen the 2nd/3rd for example. This man just has the worst luck possible.

I mean he just happens to ping close to the burial site, writes cheques that would indicate he knew when the family had died, switched off his phone for multiple hours when the family were being murdered.

The list is endless of how bad his luck was that weekend. It’s no wonder he sucks at gambling as he just couldn’t catch a break

Yes...poor bloke can't catch a break.

He tells the detectives that he has an alibi for his cell phone pinging by the gravesites. Tells them he was visiting his sister. Poor guy---how could he know his sister happened to be drooling and out of her mind on pain pills, the day the detectives came to check his alibi?

She happened to be so high that day that she told them that her brother hadn't been to her house for 5 years. Just another unlucky coincidence.

Of course, now that she has her senses back, she was able to tell the jury that her brother actually lived with her during that time. What a turn around in that story.

Also, poor unlucky Chase, just happens to shake hands with Joey, right before someone drives Joey's Trooper to dump it at the border, after the killings.

And wouldn't you know it, that poor unlucky bloke's DNA ends up on the steering wheel and gear shift, even though he has never driven that Trooper before. Poor guy can't catch a break.

The Dell laptop was listed in the San Diego Sheriff’s warrants as being in the kitchen. This is the one Mike removed from the home and later returned.
