Yes, Summer did do the homeopathic route. She was calling around for a medication called Anger the afternoon of the 4th.

If Chase cashed a cheque meant for MSM, there would be a record of a cheque that Joey wrote to MSM and they could be cross referenced with the cheques that MSM got from Joey to figure out which one's they "didn't receive" because Chase cashed them. Even the State's forensic accountant could have found that IMO

One check, JM told Sequeida SR. he gave it to Chase, CM said he bought supplies with it. Per Sequeida Jr. That's what we have.
Maybe Chase took it and was busted before he had a chance to try to cash it, and destroyed it?

Just reviewed Mikey's testimony.
Some thoughts.
I could never understand back in the day when people blamed Mikey.
Yet today I am learning that he drove past the house on 2/4 or 2/6. He doesn't really explain why.
Still unclear whether Chase went in to the house or not?
Also not clear about who was there? Sounded like just MM and CM but then learn that MM's wife and children were there? Very confusing. Not that any of this matters.
Why did the DT point out MM's falling out with Summer? Is this to throw shade on him? Also apparent on these videos, MOO, CM DOES NOT WANT TO LOOK AT THE CAMERA. Ever, MOO.

I can understand why some think what they think about Mikey. I think that some of the actions that the family did and did not do after they went missing can be seen as questionable, but I don't think it was JMO

I actually just listened yesterday to that bit about the 2/4 or 2/6 thing again... did the prosecution ever try to clear that up? It was right from a SD's police reports. I thought they had... but after listening yesterday I'm unsure if they went back to it on re-direct. He even made a comment that he was in his work truck when he is trying to recall why he drove by and how he knew where they lived That testimony feels like forever ago!!!!

All the confusion... it was like that from day 1 with Mikey lol He was posting at InSession's back then, I recall him being on Valez Mitchell's show and probably others, he was so "scattered". Stress? His nature?

I think they pointed out the falling out to show that Chase was not the only one that didn't really care for Summer. McG's testimony goes into how Summer was as well when she got mad at him for going to his baby mama's ultrasound instead of coming and painting. McG knew her well enough to just show up the next day and 'surprise' her.

Exactly. He was young, strong and healthy. He had allergies. Big deal. But some big worries as we surmise. He was fine, IMO, but feeling stress maybe? Could have been Chase, could have been Summer, could have been the whole ball of wax.

I wonder if the Fallbrook house was his first house purchase? that would do it LOL My daughter just bought a house, it's been stressful, and it's a pain in the butt! Paperwork, etc. Although, Joey and Summer both had real estate experience.

Right, that's what we have. But Jr. testifies that he doesn't know about and doesn't do the invoicing and cheques, didn't even look in the envelopes. Then we have Carmen who doesn't have a clue about what happens in the back end and does the invoicing and books but doesn't do the deposits.

So we would need Sr. to testify ... and he didn't.

Even if Chase destroyed it, Joey would have it in his QB logs as a cheque printed to MSM, or he would have had the carbon copy in his chequebook IMO It would be very simple to cross reference if it was indeed the case that Joey handed Chase a cheque written to MSM, and Chase being the thief he is, cashed it somehow and spent it like Jr. says he overheard in an argument between Chase and his dad. JMO

Just to add to this... I believe the project name may have been T-Junker. And there is a cheque shown in Carmen's testimony that shows a cheque that I thnk the memo line says "T-Junker Final Bal." It's actually dated 1-15-09 (I'm guessing the 09 is a mistake by Joey ... it is handwritten, and it was January lol They weren't working with MSM in Jan 09) So if it was shipped around or after that time.... and it was damaged, I doubt the shipping insurance would pay out that quickly?

Joey did tell his Dad he had a $16000 cheque he was going to deposit that day. I don't think that was the price of the fountain though, based on some spreadsheets I have looked at (fountain price was $8100, was dated 11/06/09) Would insurance pay more than the cost of the item? Or maybe Joey/Chase declared the cost as 16k when shipped?)
