Does anyone recall when Patrick was getting sued and he was worried about his name still being on EIP accounts and let Joey know?

I think it came from Chase's interview, that Joey told him or he was there when Joey got the call, but does anyone know the approximate dates this would have happened? was it years before? year before? 2009? 2010? lol

IMO I think he would.

I am sure he would. But chase was messing around on there for 20 minutes. Plenty of time for joey to try to log in and out a few times.

We don't know how many ways Chase was stealing from Joey. Maybe he found another way to steal a check?

The 1st was the first day that Chase created a stolen check, which he cashed on the 2nd. So the timing is pretty close.

No doubt CM was probably stealing prior to the forged checks. Once a thief, always a thief.

As far as I know, the phone log floating around for JM came from RB who got it from Patrick.

I didnt say where they came from, just that it couldn't have been Baker.

I agree cricket.

In statement analysis when a person hasn't been asked how or why they know something, the 'because' explanations show the subject matter as being sensitive knowledge that requires justification. The "only" before the 'because' makes it extra sensitive, because it is like saying I know this for no other reason than... which immediately draws one's attention to what other reason there could be for knowing that - that they wish not to draw attention to.

The "about what he weighed" also doesn't match up with "the article said his weight was" so that's another attempt to minimize his direct knowledge.

Why is knowing Joey's weight sensitive to Chase?

Answers on a postcard.

Could be, but if he was looking for a cheque that maybe he forgot about or was looking for a cheque written for that specific amount, he was looking in the wrong account if he never wrote cheques out of the Custom account. IMO The cheques all had the same account number on them, no way to distinguish which QB account it came from, Custom or Contact.

As I follow all this stuff it seems a 9 to 5 job is the way to go. LOL.
