None of his children were given his last name. I find that revealing. JMO

I think she was smart making sure none of them have his last name.

They all give their witnesses transcripts. This has been discussed numerous times on this case. They don't give them to LE and the experts, but, Michael McStay, same thing.

Garcia.. Sequieda... Mitchelly.... And numerous LE reports that EVERY witness has referred to LOL

I love how the transcripts or reports are only relied upon when it 'supports' the theory. I would like to know when her first interview was... before or after Merritt was arrested.

Back on the record. Rodriguez has nothing further. Maline has brief re-direct about argument that happens after Merritt didn’t pickup call from McStay. Jarvis initially said to detectives it was a few hours later testified argument grew into entire weekend.

Jarvis says it started as an argument and became an I-told-you-so conversation about picking up phone in the days that followed McStays disappearance.

Jarvis is excused her mom is next up. #McStay

or she recalls it because of the argument afterwards... and the ensuing days where Joey and his family were missing...

I can attest to that being possible. I grew up in a home where my parents would occasionally engage in violent arguments. There were too many for me to remember all of them, but at least 6 of them are burned in my memory due to the reasons or the threats made. We know that JM had helped CJ and CM, it would make sense to me that CJ would be upset if CM just "blew off" a phone call from Joey. The comment STJ made about CJ saying "maybe it's an emergency" rings true to me. I have a close friend who NEVER answers his phone. He also refuses to use a cellphone. There have been numerous times I have said those same words to him (including when he had family members who were sick and in the hospital) to no avail. It's very frustrating!

That fact that the McStay's were never heard from again, would be a 'memorable' event for her to recall what was going on around that time IMO I would say more... but we are not allowed to sleuth her LOL so I'm unsure if I can... *sigh*

How could the argument have evolved to an "I told you so" over the weekend if no one really knew JM was missing at that time?

We are not on the same wave link today J for some reason.

I dont even know why you are replying this.

Of course they give witnesses transcripts. I never once said they didn't. Everyone already knows this.

What I said she should have actually read the transcript before she spoke trying to imply her original story hasn't changed.

Imo it has. She mentioned nothing about the argument lasting all weekend. That's new.

I think arguing all weekend about not picking up ONE phone call is a bunch of baloney.

Who argues the entire weekend over one unanswered phone call, when they had no reason at the time to even believe CM couldn't talk to Joey at another time?

Like anyone would... if it was important Joey would call back.

Oops, never mind, Joey was dead.

Imo

It's all a fabrication IMO.
