Jarvis has been in the courtroom listening to the trial. Rodriguez is questioning her on that. Jarvis says its her family that is going through this so yes she has been in court. Rodriguez is done cross-examining Jarvis.

I don't know....i really want to hear from CJ lol and holy....this is the testimony that I want to "see"! Demeanor can be everything. Unlike others, I can't discount her testimony just because she is his daughter, it's interesting to learn that cj and Merritt argued about him not answering, this is something that I could see being memorable in a 15 yr olds mind.

One thing I would like to know and maybe we will learn when we got the audio, When exactly was she interviewed? 2010 or 2013/14?

How can you get confused between a cinema and a club house movie night?

Oddly though she sure did remember Joey calling her dad that night even though such a call never connected.

Because she was a kid when all this happened, and she was asked about that night FOUR years after the event. Taylor wasn't questioned in 2010. She was questioned in 2014.

So if there was an argument that went on for hours between CJ and CM (which is very likely the truth), it is incongruent to what CM has been saying....He was in the clubhouse peacefully watching a movie.

I can imagine the argument: Where the hell have you been? Why didn't you answer any of my calls?
CM can't exactly say, " well, I was a little busy killing my boss and his entire family"
