I've read that transcript numerous times. I KNOW what is in there. Nada.
I think it's very significant IMO. How do you think CE cases are usually won even though they are a bit more difficult to convict? Where CE murder cases get convicted even without finding the body of a victim?

Is there no Trial today?

Thanks Missy - so on the 4th from 9:36 a.m. to 9:44 a.m. his phone hit 3 towers (traveling), then from 9:51 a.m. until 5:48 p.m. his cell only hits two towers near their apartment. So if he went to work, he only worked a about 10 minutes. lol CJ said he came home when it was still light out and was home all evening.

ETA: Oh, she also said he met JM for lunch and brought checks home with him, wonder how he managed that when they weren't printed until the following days.

Didn't his phone ping a tower in Mira Loma around 9:30pm, though?

Yes. He does. And he raised an impressive daughter. Guilty or innocent, you gotta give him credit for that.

Too bad Summer and Joey had the opportunity to raise their children stolen from them.

Too bad those adorable, sweet, and innocent little boys had their lives stolen because their heads were bashed in.

This love affair for Chase is a bit over the top. At best, CM is not someone anyone should be putting on a pedestal. And his biased family shouldn't be put on a pedestal either. Please, CM even went on to steal from Joey's mom after the murders. At worst he's a cold blooded killer. And please don't forget the victim's and what happened to them.

Oh my. Toward the end of CJ's testimony she refused to admit her prior interviews were correct. That things were taken out of context. Would her interviews have been recorded?

What's the point of Rodriguez showing the picture of CM in a hole on the desert he had dug? I know it looks dramatic and some are excited to see it. But how does that support the charge? It's his job, wasn't it? Showing that picture adds nothing to the evidence. Say a family of 5 were found murdered with a knife, will thousands of chefs who appear in pictures holding butcher's knife be suspected of the crime?
If CM is convicted this is just more ammo for the appeal.

I should have completed my comment (and I have AT&T). During those same instances neither of us is able to leave a voicemail message and when his phone is calling mine it does not show up as a missed call. We have been grumbling about it for a couple of years. I'm not a techie, although he is and he thinks it my be a situation where his tower and my tower can't communicate.
Is this happening to you in the Cucamonga area?

Looks like Rob McMillan is at Torres trial. And Leticia is doing more fun stuff.

Unless the person calling hung up before it connected to VM...

am I the only that does this? LOL People that I call frequently, I know how many rings it is before VM picks up... those same people, I don't always leave a VM unless it's super important.
Or due to poor reception the call disconnected.

This case seems to be one that the media would have latched on to it's similar to some of the more sensational trials in recent memory. However, for some reason it hasn't happened perhaps, the delay of 9 years between the crime and the trial is the reason.

Did part one of yesterday ever get loaded?

OMG, Ocean, lmbo at your chicken analogy, haha.

LOL! believe it or not, I heard a judge say that in a trial years ago when addressing one of the defense attorneys.

I think it was a bench trial. It was for sure the judge wasn't buying the chicken s*** the defense attorneys was trying to sell him trying to convince him it was chicken salad. So much he said so. Lol

I thought it was so appropriate at the time, yet hilarious, that I've never forgotten it!!! Lmbo!
