So is this to refute the transactions that were done in Hawaii, like the transactions at FoodLand on King Kamehameha Hwy?

IMO there are some gaps. He had logged in on the 3rd and 5th IIRC and then not until the 14th, that IP showed Hawaii, then the next one was on the 26th, with numerous log ins up to the 17th... all show San Diego area IP. There was a mobile IP on the 17th associated with Southern California (which is typical for mobile IP's to give an area like that), then the same IP address again for a long period of time ... San Diego area.

oops, didn't finish my thought... IF he was in Hawaii... I don't think it's the dates he says. Not as of right now anyway. JMO

I took a screenshot of Maline's computer files for computer witness Bryan LaRock. Notice there is one entitled Missing Laptop "Josepe-Lap"

I wish we could click on those and view the files. :D

I've missed most of today's testimony. I guess the gist of it is implying DK wasn't in Hawaii?

Didnt DK say plenty of people saw him there during the time in question?

GULP! Ya think he may have?
I don't see why not, except I don't know if anyone at all reported seeing it after the 4th?

He seems to be casting some pretty worried glances Maline's way while he's questioning the witness, IMO.

LOL Good on ya!!! I kinda knew you wouldn't miss it considering we've not had live coverage in a while lol. Soo good to be able to finally watch live!! :D

HP Pavilion ZV6000 <<<< they recovered this laptop from Cathy's mom who had it in Arizona.

Now I want to know more about this one.

I don't see this having anything at all to do with the QuickBooks and cheques evidence though.

If a laptop was stolen by Merritt my guess is it's linked with the work projects/money owed spreadsheet.

If Chase stole the laptop, why wouldn't the State or LE be all over this? They objected to this info repeatedly during their own case.

IMO Chase did not steal the laptop.

Agreed. Looking a tad worried to me. Didn't want to say it because it gets some people riled up.

They objected during Mike's testimony on the basis that there was no foundation.

What can the state do about it with no laptop to be found?

They objected lots in Schroeder's testimony when it came to the devices being discussed. I wasn't even thinking of Mike's testimony.

Not to mention that wouldn't the police have verified that alibi?

Include the payoff IMO, there's nothing to hide in this case. The evidence speaks for itself. Leaving stuff out gives them a reason to appeal a guilty verdict.
