The significance is that he was working with Merritt, he made it so they could both update the document as things were done or whatever, it was a ledger of projects with what Chase was being paid, etc. Some may not see the significance, but I do. JMO

But didn't we already know that? it is not new information, is it?

If I heard correctly, it was actually the probation dept that took the computer from him, so he must have been on probation at the time?

I guess I’m wondering why he can’t produce other evidence he was in Hawaii. Receipts. CC statements. Phone pings. Etc.

Not saying he HAS to. He’s not on trial.

But still. Something definitive that is like “Yup I was in Hawaii on Feb 4th. Wasn’t meeee!” Just to put it to rest.

I realize there was a time gap between them being killed, found dead and questioning. But still. I can get old CC statements from 10 years ago!

Well, he mentioned that there were hundreds of witnesses that saw him in Hawaii. Did LE ever interview any of those witnesses?
I'm assuming LE must have had a reason to clear him, other than the computer evidence. Imo

No. I don't think he had anything to do with the murders. I've stated that numerous times.

Honestly, who cares? He searched about the McStays after the bodies were found? I did those searches too, and I didn't even know the McStays. And pleading the 5th? He had threads and threads dedicated to him as the killer. I would be searching on that too.

I would have been more shocked if he didn't have any searches at all, since this was very personal to him since he had worked closely with Joey.

When my coworker was found murdered, I searched for every bit of information I could find before it was solved 4 months later. I printed all of them out too, and they are still in one of my folders stored away.

I just think that is natural to do if someone knows a victim or victims on a personal level.

You think? LOL I don't care for him, actually, I don't care for any of the prosecutors from Day 1, I have never ever felt that way towards the prosecutor's before... it's weird lol
They are discussing it now... and apparently Daugherty did provide the forensic images? I missed a bit of it.
