Anyone else who had access. I thought I heard testimony about the majority of the computer's contents belonged to someone other than DK but even if that's not correct it seems like DK had many people in his life so who knows who may have used it.

I find it interesting that rather than the DT focusing on there being no way Merritt could've murdered his best friend and his family because he's such a swell fellow they're now grasping at the SODDI theory. They're looking a little desperate IMO.

I think it's quite possible DK made the searches regarding the McStays but I don't find anything strange or nefarious about it. In fact it would be strange if there were no searches done by DK considering their relationship.

Today I feel like I'm watching the Dan Kavanagh trial.

You have to show a photo ID at the terminal since 9/11 (and before). It'd be easy to verify he came and went.

Why isn't it likely? Do you know who shared the computer with him? Do you think the people he lived with might have been curious about the friend and business associate Dan knew who was murdered? Or maybe he was interested in if his friend's murderer had been found?
I've done Google searches of friends who have gone missing or murdered, followed their cases, what's the big deal?
