When he was asked if he saw an interview with her, he said an ex-gf (I think) lol ... no idea who she is, first time I've heard her name. Maybe she is 1 of the 100's that can give him an alibi of being in Hawaii LOL

Prosecutor asked witness if he'd reviewed the LE interview of Dan's ex-gf (not the person who went to the FBI/defense last year). He had not.

Defense then asked witness if he knew whether the prosecution had called either the ex-gf or Dan K as witnesses. Disallowed on objection I think (getting confused now with all the objections still ringing in my ears).

It sounds to me from that as if the defense won't be calling Dan.

Not even close to the only one. Before the family moved to Fallbrook DK hung out at their place at the beach. McG, McF, HM, MM, EM SB, PM, GJ, and many more were well known by the boys.

Didn't Joey say in an email that his kids called Dan "Uncle Dan"? it was in the one that he sent the guy all the messages between Dan/himself IIRC.

The state should have asked the witness , 'you mean the defense didn't tell you they are going to call DK as a witness?' Lol!

There is absolutely nothing stopping the defense from calling DK as a witness.

If the defense calls her and not DK, I think the state will have to call DK in rebuttal, that thought alone may keep defense from calling her, but who knows. They seem to have a death wish for their client, given the witnesses they've put on so far and the 'help' they've provided their client.

Yeah and he was so desperate to create the impression he was in Hawaii all along that he left his debit card in Hawaii for someone else to use but didn't care about making transfers on a computer in San Diego during the same period.

The posted IP information is from 2019 not 2010 so I don't know how accurate or reliable it is. It's very confusing to say the least.

Are you able to tell me where I can verify the information about DK hanging out at their house prior to moving? I'm trying to determine when it began and when it stopped. Tia
