Not even close to the only one. Before the family moved to Fallbrook DK hung out at their place at the beach. McG, McF, HM, MM, EM SB, PM, GJ, and many more were well known by the boys.

Didn't Joey say in an email that his kids called Dan "Uncle Dan"? it was in the one that he sent the guy all the messages between Dan/himself IIRC.

ok, so I was curious about Dan's phone records that they showed... I got a snip of it... am I missing something? How does this prove he was in Hawaii? If I call or someone calls me from Vegas, does that mean I went to Vegas? lol

Well, this I don't know ... I do know they subpoenaed his phone records, because there was testimony stating as such. Anywhere indicate that they got his banking, social media and emails? Maybe I missed it.

ETA: Oh wait, they did show one bank record, but that bank account was closed, but I am not sure if that was LE or the defense that subpoenaed that.

It depends upon what the calls were about. If you have 4 or 5 weeks of calls to Vegas restaurants and Vegas taxi companies and Vegas Motels, and you also have weeks of transactions at Vegas gas stations and minimarts, and you also paid for round trip airline tickets before and after the Vegas calls, then yes, it would mean you were in Vegas. Especially if there were witnesses who confirmed as much.

They showed purchases made and where too, all in Hawaii.

hmmm too bad we didn't see more than what I got a snip of JMO I went to look for this right away because I missed grabbing it during testimony and even when I tried to rewind I couldn't find it lol

From what I was actually able to "see" today, most of the documents that Imes showed relating to Dan, didn't show the time frame around the 4th and on, still looking I am just kind of skimming it right now and not sure I will have time to watch it all again before Sunday

I am pretty sure I saw debit card PayPal purchases made at gas stations in Hawaii. I am not sure how someone could do that unless they were actually there.
I suppose someone could have given their card to someone, but what would be the point of that? Spending all that money to steal a little bit from Joey?

That was with the paypal debit card.

No worries, I got it I noticed he must have been broke on the 12th... he had a payment denied. IIRC there were payments to Dan from Joey's paypal on the 12th, 2 or 3 of them actually.

Missy, he's calling from area code 808, isn't he? Hawaii? They're his records and outgoing calls???

Also, your photo only shows Jan 1 through Feb 1. Is that all that was shown in the court, or is your photo cut off? TIA!

No clue... I don't know if I believe he was there or not there... I think there could be some doubt based on the IP's (sorry I don't think Imes did that much damage on that lol)

I will say, that I do believe that Dan stole from Joey, whether he was in Hawaii or San Diego... I think he's a little punk. I think he took advantage of the situation. If he phoned LE on the 10th (which was shown today), then he knew that something was wrong... so what is his next step after phoning LE? Stealing from Joey.
