So Dan was paid $20,000 for EIP... PLUS the buyers assumed liabilities, which included 2 lawsuits. He was to receive 20% of the net profits for 12 months.

We didn't get the total amount of the liabilities.
So not the 100K+ often reported.

Not outright 100K... I don't know where that was reported and have no knowledge of it, so it means nothing to me LOL

But 20K plus liabilities... no clue what the liabilities were...

Anyone know what the lawsuits were? and how much they were? and how they turned out?

Because that was still a benefit to DK IMO

I wonder how much he got in that year after....

for the 20% of net profits?

Are you talking prior to the disappearance, the year after the disappearance, or after the sale?

After the sale, as part of the sale.

After the sale, as part of the sale.
Didn't the suit to reclaim the site by Patrick happens soon after the sale? I don't remember the date.

I really have no idea about any of it Bernina... lol maybe someone else can fill in the blanks. I don't know what the lawsuits were either and how they turned out.

Um, where are you basing that figure from?

If it's been reported as 100K... then 100K - 20K paid in cash would equal 80K in assumed liablities.... ASSUMING the 100K is correct. I still have no idea where that is reported lol any help?

The 100K reported, it's your comment.
But that's not what I was saying it was, I meant reported elsewhere. You're twisting it.

I think McGee stated much, much more.

ok... where is it stated please? or reported elsewhere? I didn't hear if McGee said how much this morning? if he did, I missed it.

-"What is exactly tying Charles Merritt to these murders?"
-"There is none. There is an overwhelming amount of speculation that has been put forward."

RSBM
He wasn't paying MSM because Joey was. His % reflects that as well. He was no longer getting 65%, he was getting less than that (it seemed to vary). I think in most cases installation was above that as well.

JMO based on the spreadsheets.

Grabbed a snip, but it's not the greatest... first column is the fountain amount, second column is Chases $$$. This is the spreadsheet that has Metro added to it and shows what they were paid as well.
BBM Yes, he was lying to the detectives. The judge made a note of it also at the hearing to dismiss.

Another one who hasn't been paying attention to the evidence then. I've seen a lot of that with L&C's talking heads regarding this case. They weren't even there for half the trial.
