So disappointed I didn't get to hear Imes ask all about the documentary. Maybe he will work it in somewhere...:D
LOL He was scratching his head before like he was wondering if now was the time to ask about the doc. LOL

Another mincemeat DT Witness. The Pros taking him apart, just like Sir Lickalot.

I heard two youngish sounding women jurors talking, and one male that is a soccer coach.

But what was this about? Needing four officers? Anyone catch that?

I thought that was weird too, but maybe it is detectives Steers, Henke, Bachman, and?????

The State lined up the 4 officers that McGee asked them to for tomorrow... Bachman, Steers, Hanke, and I think Hart? not sure on the 4th. For testimony.

It seemed to be unclear if McGee was going to be there tomorrow...

Quick talk about the interview, and what has been taken out or not...

And a shout out to Dr. Rudin :D

ETA : There was mention of a Joshua Villanueva (??? sp) as well

He was the State's first expert witness on the video... they decided not to call him and hired Lucio Liscio last minute instead.

I will have to go back to that 402 hearing and listen again, but IIRC there was something about the wheel base that came up... and McGee had asked Lucio about the wheel base as well.. but can't recall off the top of my head. I have been waiting for it to come up again though lol

Oh he is FUN. Quite a character. Smart but on a higher plane. MOO.

LOL something like that... :D:D:D

I think the biggest problem with him for the State was... he kept doing more and more work...and it may have shown some calculations that didn't "work" for them <<<< MY OPINION

IIRC he did the calculations for the camera angle at lunch time that day too ... like it was a grocery list haha :D:D

Yep. And he offered his services to the defense when he was on the witness stand. :p
