I haven't looked at the pic of the cup with the paint on it in a while but is there any dried paint around the cut area? If the bra had been cut before paint got on it, you'd think there would be paint on the cut.

And does the bra being cut before she was killed and paint got on it affect the way the paint drips dried since the cup would likely fall away from the body with the bra being cut in half?

I have a question. If the DT accuse someone in a criminal Trial who has not been officially named a suspect by LE in a murder case, and who has been cleared by LE, could that be a case of litigation for Libel by the person they are falsely accusing publically in a court of law?

We also know about Merritt's propensity for violence towards other men. DK is a wimp and likes to pick on women and really the threats are a moot point since they aren't in evidence.

Probably not since they haven't come right out and said DK (or anyone else) murdered the family. They've been insinuating and manipulating the evidence to hint around but haven't said anything directly. Plus the person would have to show how they've been damaged by the accusation(s) and that's not an easy task.

Once AGAIN, the "threat" involved the website, NOT bodily harm or murder to JM or his family, it was also a year prior and the situation was settled amicably with the buyout of DK.

The "IM threat" has been discussed numerous times in the last 9 years on this forum and is nothing but a red herring. It is self-explanatory, it has absolutely no relevance other than the nexus of JM paying an agreed amount to DK for the website.

I must be the only one who doesn't care if they put out more evidence of his alibi or not. To me it's just a sideshow and there is way too much evidence against Merritt to give DK even a second blink.

I'm old school - on any reasonable standard that issue is done.

Indeed if this were a civil case for example, the bank account and flight records would be decisive on that issue

That is the very reason the judge deemed it irrelevant because it is.

DK never threaten to physically harm anyone much less the man he had known, and been friends with for many years.

DK was far more worried about being unable to contact Joey than CM ever was.

Imo, CM only did so after he had murdered, and buried his 4 victims, and cleaned up the murder scene.

He finally got around to it many days later even though those at MSM were concerned early on the very first day when they were able to make contact with Joey.

It seemed far more people who had daily contact with Joey were way more concerned than CM.

Instead of frantic calls to Joey trying to get in touch with him CMs calls dwindled down to almost nothing.

Its so painfully obvious why CM was purposefully in no rush to even let Joey's own family know Joey, and his family had vanished into thin air.

Even after then CM fooled them into thinking someone else was coming to feed, and put out water for the dogs to suggest they had left willingly on their own when he knew all along that was a bald face lie.

Another con among many he has done throughout his adult life.

It has become obvious that whenever the THREAT by DK to JM is mentioned here, it immediately gets downplayed by alleging it's not physical threat. Whereas the non-violent crimes by CM is exaggerated and said to necessarily escalate to murder. SMH.

Exactly. I wonder as well why Merritt was so apprehensive to enter the McStay home when he was there with MM? He never had any problem before that to insert himself into their life.
