Brady violation - which means not handing over exculpatory evidence.

Probably always the intention by getting Rudin to testify IMO.

Very typical. Happened in Holly Bobo trial and Jodi Arias Trial too, IIRC.

Really famous nonfiction author, hope he is considering writing a book about the case. He's written a couple books about Holmes the 19th century Devil in the white city guy.
