Stockton Police Department

Authorities are asking for help in finding five siblings who have run away from a temporary home they were staying at in Stockton.

The children range in age from 4 to 16 years old.

Stockton police say the siblings were temporarily staying at a home in central Stockton and were last seen on Saturday afternoon. The children took most of their belongings with them, police say.

These poor kids. I came out of foster care, so understand the fears they might have. 5 kids alone together will catch the eye of people so I pray they are found soon.;

Beautiful and handsome kids. It sounds like the older siblings are loving and protective of the younger siblings because I can't imagine two teens wanting to be saddled down with younger kids, siblings or not, if they were running away on their own. My heart goes out to the five of them- it sounds like it was an emergency shelter, that they knew that the five of them would be split up into foster homes, and they wanted to stay together. So very heartbreaking.....

It sounds like Stockton is not a place many would want to live after reading comments under the Sheriff’s department FB.

These poor kids who out there alone. Teenagers dealing with three youngsters at four and five is more than a handful. May they be wrapped in love and strength by the one they worship.

Hopefully someone will go to the necessary boards to begin the process needed to take them in on an emergency basis when they are found. And then continue the process to become their foster parents.
