MISSING ADULT: We are seeking the public's assistance in locating Josue Abraham Rosales. Josue was last seen yesterday (June 14) at 4:00 p.m. on the Santa Monica beach near the Pier. Josue suffers from schizophrenia with the mental capacity of a 12 year-old .

Josue is 30 years old, short dark brown hair, 5'5" tall, 230 lbs., last seen wearing a dark shirt with "America" printed on it, blue jean pants, grey baseball hat and black Converse shoes.
