SANTA CLARA — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding an at-risk woman who went missing this weekend.

According to a statement Sunday afternoon, Jung Kim was last seen around 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the 3500 block of El Camino Real west of Flora Vista Avenue while shopping with her husband.

Kim, 59, speaks limited English and suffers from dementia, and has wandered from family members in the past, police said.

She is described as 5-foot-3 and about 115 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, and was carrying a purse and wearing a long grey jacket, pink shirt, blue jeans and black Skechers shoes.
