I located a very active instagram profile where he last posted 3 days ago.
Judging by that, perhaps hes no longer a missing person?

Was unable to recover any MSM/LE articles confirming that he went missing or is no longer missing.

Looks like after posting all black images on 2 September, he went to Washington DC for a #journeyinwards to recover from addiction.

However, i do also think he may not be missing, but it is now on him to resolve his status with authority.

In many cases people post they are fine etc, but they need to make official contact to a PD so they take them down.
