Michael Jackson's children's court-appointed attorney, Margaret Lodise, will be asking a judge to strip Katherine Jackson's guardianship of Paris, Prince, and Blanket because she has been out of town for more than a week, because she believes the children aren't safe following a physical altercation with Janet, Jermaine, and Randy Jackson, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Margaret (Lodise) went to the house on Monday evening as a meeting with the children was requested," a source close to the situation tells Radar.

Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children."

The thought if an 82 year old woman can handle raising three teenagers does concern me. Most teenagers give their parent/s a run for their money from time to time.

I'm ten years beyond average age to have a teenager under roof and it's tough keeping up with young people these days - technology and Anthropologie and midnight movies and issues between girls and boys, etc.

BBM. It would concern me if she was 82 and doing it without help, but she is doing it with a lot of help. My sons paternal grandmother was in her 70's when she began caring for her daughters infant son so her daughter could go back to work and cared for him until he no longer needed a sitter. There are quite a few older grandparents who care for much younger children than MJ's with no help from nanny's and such.

Her age doesn't bother me so much as the lack of contact with her grandchildren.

(I'm an older parent too. the teenage years and menopause ought to be interesting, lol. )

If this is true and Janet slapped Paris, I hope Janet is arrested for assault. She has no business laying a finger on Paris, none! In fact, none of them have any legal rights to MJ's children, they should be arrested for attempted kidnapping.

The sense of entitlement of MJ's siblings sickens me.

I'm so glad that Paris is no push over! Or who knows where they'd be sent to. The radar article said a family member involved in the ambush said this was a plan that had been in the works for 3 years!!! That's pre meditated kidnapping and fraud and what else???

you know, I can't wait until Jermaine and Randy get on TV with Larry King and in their little teeney voices say stuff like...

ooooh Larry, you know she is our mother and we just wanted to bring the children, and show them the love, you know....we are Jacksons and we stick together....those children are being manipulated along with our mother...the media has it all wrong, our brother would not have wanted this. ....

Trent is now being investigated for filing a false missing persons report in addition to the ongoing investigation claiming elder abuse, Paris&#8217;s tweets are not her own, the kids knew of Katherine&#8217;s whereabouts and are trapped inside their house, and L.A. County Sheriffs were called to the estate on Monday for a battery report, but no arrests were made.

A family source told X17, &#8220;Trent has instructed security to not allow family into the home. The kids were told they had every right to come visit their grandma in Arizona, but they flat out said &#8216;we don&#8217;t want to.&#8217; Now Trent is telling the cooks and the staff to not show up to work so that it looks like the children aren&#8217;t being cared for. He knows he&#8217;s been caught and now he&#8217;s trying to use the children to cover it up.&#8221;

The source also added, &#8220;Paris has confided in her cousins that Trent and a security member have been &#8216;putting her up to tweeting out messages against the family.&#8217;&#8221;

Paris has recently tweeted, &#8220;8 days and counting . something is really off , this isn&#8217;t like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!<|3&#8243;

This prompted TJ Jackson to tweet back, &#8220;I know it&#8217;s completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you.&#8221;

This is what I suspected, that's why they didn't want to name names :what:
I think they want Paris to stop talking and they're trying to exercise authority over her. Not gonna fly with a teenager trust me.
